I recommend chocolate tea. It’s not the same as eating chocolate - nothing is! - but if you get a good one, it can have an intense chocolatey flavour that can hit the spot. My favourite is a mint chocolate rooibos.
I’m always mentioning the Mel Robins podcast, but it’s one of my favourites and I listen to it all the time. 😂 There’s a recent episode on mental health and diet with a psychiatrist who focuses on diet changes to improve mental health. He gets his patients to make changes for 90 days and they agree to it because it’s just 90 days, and then they can go straight back to what they were doing before, but at the end of it they find they don’t want to go back to that and continue with their new habits. That’s what I think you’ll get from this. You might not see big physical changes and that’s okay, but that can come later as you continue with your new habits.

Thanks, Jacqueline! I laughed from "they agree to it because it’s just 90 days," -- JUST 90 days hahah here's me trying to do 30 😁 You're right though, I'll probably do 30 and will have to continue doing it plus add more new habits to keep improving.
