I would consider brutal black dragons right around mid game and its over a mil a hour mid level is like 70-100 combat and you can easily get 77 slayer and a good range level by 100 combat

Its getting tough; definitely getting extremely hard for casual players in the mid-lvl range to sustain bonds. Flipping daily is essential to do so. That being said, I think mid-lvl players need to be more conscious of training combats while pvming. 4 hours of training could net an extra 2M, which makes your flipping goal smaller!
not trash at all. im lvl 65 tottal combat and spend a hour a day killing zombie pirates, i average 2mil an hour with a cannon with a under 300k risk. in the 8mil i have made so far I've died one time. your better off grinding combat for gp then using that gp to fast track your other skills.
