Depends where you're from. From where I grew up.. if you were to get take-outs of this pork... they would give you couple packs of mustard to go with it. The purpose of the mustard is to cut down on the greasiness...

You should try Chinese roasted pork belly(siu yok) with :Mayo💞 :Soy sauce 💗 :Cheese sauce💖 :Chilli sauce🌸 :Rice,any type of rice, but I recommend fragnent rice.💓 :Tomato sauce 💕 Pork belly is popular in the Philippines, Malaysia, all the southern asia countries. We love them soooo MucHh💕💞💞

Just to inform everyone, the fish part of the soup is called fish maw, or the swim bladder. It's not actually the stomach, but the air bladder that allows a fish to float in water. Love this video tons!
