How is it that you jump so high?? I started playing volleyball about a year ago and I am trying to increase my vertical jump. Unfortunatelly I am on the shorter side so I really need it

They can push/move up toward a certain area of the court. It’s more of an adjustment based on how the opponent has been placing most of their shots
