The V5 is not worth the price. Considering the only major update is the hump and that doesn't justify 2.5k increase

Please tell me the ranking of brands for armours. There are severals d3o, knox, safetec, sastec, powertector. There are several videos on the material that d3o use and it is amazing. Please tell the ranking of the brands based on their products. May be from your practical experience. Everyone please share your opinion.
I went to solace showroom to buy furious and by chance it was the same day as sabre v5 release and I bought it straightaway! Used for a 300km ride, amazing jacket.
Today used it for 580 kms

In this particular video, Rynox was definitely looking better than Solace. Both fit & finish and Colour Combination wise. Although technically Solace seems 1 up to Rynox

Solace riding jackets have one issue, they don't have proper fitting near collar area, looks weird...it is visible in ur videos also

Solace have lost their minds, tried to copy dsg race pro, increased the price at the same time. 12.5k for Solace...you've got to be kidding. They are no longer value for money and their finish is quite bad. Stitches don't align, quality control problems. Have coolpro V3, knee area starting fading. They need to get their act together
Exactly I agree and even if you compare their quality is not that great the moment you compare with other products in the market they fall short only some dealers push because of higher margin
@@Ratnadeep11 I went to multi brand store and tried on Viaterra Spencer pants and solace. The only reason I went for solace was because of comfort fit, Viaterra was slim fit. World of a difference in finish and quality of fabric, Viaterra is far far ahead
Exactly 12500 is a joke. All they did was add a hump. Rest everything from fabric to armour sizes and part number everything is the same.

@@TigerKoul I think i confused you, my bad. I was comparing Sabre v5 with Furious v3, both are the latest ones i guess. Between these 2 kaunsa better hai as both have Level 2 protection

@@TigerKoul I'm planning to get a riding jacket . Suzuki vstorm 250(cruise speed: 90-120), 65-70% city, rest highway tours. Honestly brother trying to figure out what's the difference between both .Except that strap, and
wide mesh patch infront and back(not sure how it helps).
