Totally agree with Knox Rigidity.. It really is painful. I ride an Interceptor where my legs are flooded unlike a cruzer bike. After a short ride my knees started paining due to the armour pushing my knee. Bikers with sports style seating should avoid Knox in riding pants. Thanks for the honest review @Tiger

I have used both and Solace is best in terms of comfort, ventilation and Armour even though it's soft Armour it hardens on impact and the energy transfer is very negligible. The only downside of Solace is the warm liner which is not full length it's mere 3/4th and the stitching finish are not heat sealed. Additionally the top zippered pockets are literally useless.

Pankaj bro. I live in Delhi. We have 2 months winter and 10 months summer. How much heat seal is necessary and how much riding you done in winters. Not disrespecting you but just giving a new direction. I am riding in winters 25 Dec to Jan 10 for the last 4 years. A warm innerwear is sufficient. Its the summers which is pain in a**.

During monsoon, should the rain liner be worn inside or outside the main riding pant, i am confused, i tried it outside but it is not covering the entire pant, liitle bit pant is exposed at top and bottom, should the liner be worn inside instead and then the pant?? Please help! :(

solace pant seems good but I think knee armor height must be adjustable and can't use this pant in cold weather because polyester fabric layer is missed
PU layered pant it is and for cold you can use the warmer given along with it
Shall be soon wearing it in my leh expedition during winters to authenticate the same

Not exactly detachable bit it has got three adjustments from inside which covers all the requirements

Which riding pant would you suggest ? I recently bought "Rhynox Storm Evo" all season riding jacket from Rhynox official store, however I was confused with the riding pants so decided to buy it later.
Could you please suggest a all season riding pant that goes well with Rhynox Storm Evo riding jacket ? After watching this video, i am even more confused as to go with Rhynox brand or other brands in the market.
See all weather comes only with gortex material which is very expensive and currently Alpinestar and triumph clothing is getting it in india I believe
Now coming to storm evo jackets it's a touring jacket with good tech and with liners you can use it in winters and even during rains
Now my suggestion would be for coolpro by solace reason being we live in a country where we face hot weather for longer durations and hence you need to have better ventilation to ease your ride
Have used coolpro in leh 2 week back and boy oh boy it was super comfortable
Go and try them both you will find out why am I saying it

While the mesh is good in Solace, this is better for Summer or South Rides. If one is travelling north where mornings are cold and noons are hot. It makes better choice to have the flexibility.
Not sure why you choose coolpro for comparison, but Solace S30 is an exact replica of Rynox pants.
I find it difficult to find my sizes (2X/3X) available in Solace.
Lastly, the point about hurting your leg where it was getting in contact with riding boots, you could have used the velcro to adjust the knee guards.
Sas-tac is better than Knox. So definitely that's an edge.
Good video overall. Please start including cost (if not in Video, atleast in description).
I believe you can use warmer if you riding up to the Northern edge in winter
Have test myself in 4 degree didn't felt using warmer and adjusting Velcro didn't helped me much because I was forced them to keep snug fit while riding

Agree on the knee pad for Rynox. But to add to it, knee pains during long rides due to the pads, which make you think shall I remove the knee pads from rynox pant.

Go for Axor Flow its around 4500 inr but you will have to buy inner liner for rain and winter seperately. This jacket have CE level 2 protection.
How about the quality of material being used in manufacturing ?
Tiger bro, only downside of Solace is its mesh itself. It will gather so much dust that it needs dry cleaning/wash after every ride. Even small rides will make it dirty. Rynox is upside on this. No point on pant to get collected as the entire surface is non mash material. No matter how strong a mesh can be, it's just a net of threads. One sharp stone on highway tearing one thread of mesh and eventually it will spread like wild fire. Its difficult for tailors to stitch anything on mesh also. Just a new thought.
Dust dirt shall happen with every branded unbranded gear you use on bike tours
Because it's 700D PU hence retention of dirt dist oil spills is very very less

I don't know why u compared coolpro with stealth evo. It should be compared with storm evo.
I'm using solace coolpro, 2 things I don't like, 1. The sack kind of design in the waist don't know why they didn't design it just like a pant. It's difficult to put ur legs when u put winter liners.
2. Their legs are narrow, I wear Forma adv boots and it's a task to wear it over the boots. It is snug fit and difficult to pull the leg zipper on over the boots.
Sastac is best and softest, but in extreme winter it gets hard
Bro lemme tell you one thing have been using coolpro since 3 plus years and I’m using them over forma haven’t faced any such issues which you mentioned it seems you have picked up wrong size have done twice Ladakh in -6 degree I was comfortable with 0 issues

Dada I Like your videos. So useful, informative and genuine. Now, I have a budget of 7000/- for riding pants as I am not a hardcore rider, but still I don't want to compromise on safety. I have found two riding pants with value for money concern -1. Tarmac Drift II Riding pants and 2. Raida Rover Riding pants. But due to lack of experience I am a bit confused in choosing the right one. Need your valuable suggestion on this. Yes true, recently i purchased scala thunder 2 jacket which have SAS Tec level 2 armor, it is very comfortable and soft.
From my point of view fitting of Jackets, Pants, and Gloves is improved because of SAS Tec armor.
