दो दो पराठे अच्छे से बनाकर समझाया भी वीडियो अच्छा लगा।लच्छा पराठा तो घर मे पता नही कबसे बनता चला आ रहा।सुबह नाश्ते मे कुरकुरा परतदार शोक से खाते है।घी ,मक्खन लगवा कर ।मजा आ जाता है। मलाबार परांठा सुना लेकिन किस आटे का कैसा बनता , दिखता है।जिज्ञासा थी तो ढूंढा।कुछ चेनल पर मिला तो भाषा समझ नही आई।दॄश्य से थोडाआयडिया हुआ पर डिटेल विधि समझना थी ।आपक चेनल पर दोनो मिले।ईसमे प्लेट्स बनानी होंगीआटा ,
लोई बहुत ही नरम दिख रही सम्हलकर बेलना पडेगा,फट जाएगा।बेल भी लिया तो विचित आकृति बनेगी और उसे चकले से उठाकर तवे पर डालने में फट सकता है। मुश्किल काम है।और वैसे यह भी पहले वाले जैसा ही बना है।कभी बनाकर देखेंगे।
