    We reached out to Bupa company because, after meeting their requirement of being registered with a GP for 6 months, we wanted to switch our international health insurance policy to a local one. We requested a quote and then called the company to discuss it. In particular, we wanted to discuss the issue of recognizing our current international insurance policy as a Previous Policy.
    The agent who talked to us said this was possible, asked us for the number of our current policy and other details and promised to call back.
    Since we don't speak English well enough to discuss such complex issues, we hired a translator specifically for this call. The agent took our information and promised to call us back. We said there was no point in us calling back because without a translator, the conversation couldn't take place. The agent assured us that he made a note that a translator would be needed for our language and that they would call us back with a translator. I, of course, had doubts that this would be fulfilled, but I was assured over the phone that it would. And here we are - a week went by, the quote is no longer relevant, and we still haven't received a call back. What was the point of making promises and wasting our time?
