    If you are physically active in the morning, you need to eat something. I get up at 4 am, and eat by at least 6:30

    As someone that works out everyday 15% body fat at 200 lb and 5'7 (I know I am wide) I have to eat before I go to sleep or immediately upon waking or else I will be sick. Blanket claims are shit

      I noticed that when I eat right before sleep, I am sick as soon as I wake up until I eat. But when I eat early evening and go to bed later, I don't get sick in the morning.

    If I don't eat before work I'll die. Probably for real if the shakes hit and I'm managing chemicals.

      In 2015 I was working in the basement of Intel. That morning I skipped breakfast, and after 4 hours of hard work I ate an apple. 1 hour later my blood sugar crashed, and I passed out on the equipment. Woke up in an ambulance with a broken back.
      Intel said that I had a seizure and refused to allow me back. Disgusting place to work.

    I used to skip breakfast and didn't eat until 1pm at lunch. It didn't give me any extra benefit. I just felt hungrier at lunch. This guy is talking bull.
