*This is my 5th Vehicle Review and I would like to THANK YOU for the crazy support on these vehicle reviews. To answer the #1 Question on these reviews (NO, this is NOT my vehicle) I am part of IMPA (International Motor Press Association) and with my credentials from the job that I held BEFORE UA-cam (CarMax as a Buyer for the Company) it only made sense that I would eventually go back to what I loved long before Food Reviews. I receive new vehicles to test for a week and (similar to food reviews) give my opinion on (good or bad) Full Disclosure: IF I was being PAID for these vehicle reviews, legally I would need to make that clear not only in the video but the description as well. These things are way overpriced
100% agreed. Yes they're "nice," but they age horrendously, interior starts to fray and deteriorate. In my 2013 Tahoe the door handle inside snapped in half.... WTF? The Door handle? Some of the parts are made with bottle plastic, lol. But the people to whom this is marketed do not worry about money in the slightest!

+excelerater I own a 96 still going strong easy to fix and you can be rough if necessary without fear of breaking it. These look nice but I dare not take it off road or wheel it hard. Tahoes of today are marketed to a different group of people.

For the price of this car id be looking at what the germans have to offer. The interior looks like complete outdated junk. Look at the infotainment system. HORRIBLE.

i have a 96 Chvy Suburban and i can put my legs over to the passenger side with no console in the way.
plus...why did they CHOP TOP,,,,the windows, head room are on vacation.
i've always loved Chevy / GMC Tahoe / Suburban...but after 2015 ...both models got put in hot water n shrunk :(

Does the dealer know you "took it for a test drive"? Because that's exactly what you think when you see a black man in an old track suit driving a $70k SUV - "that gentleman must be test-driving it". :-)))

What is with the A/V Connection in the back? That is some backwards shit. Why is there no HDMI port? Is there any thing modern that even still uses AV cables anymore? I feel like I have been transported back to 1995. Also DVD? WTF? Who still buys DVD's? Who still buys disc media period? Don't they know about media storage? Why deal with those clumsy physical discs in a car when you can select your movie from a list, or better yet use speach recognition to tell the system what you want to watch? Also that GPS display looks like it was designed by Playskool. Put google maps in that car. This is why Detroit is dead, Fossil fuels and old technology.
parking and lane assist... another way we completely strip common sense and driving skills from people. God forbid you turn your head or just LOOK around a bit... It is a pretty plush looking SUV though. Gratz.
An I liked the how style was before on the up to 2010 tahoes. I don't like them now, just like a lot of Chevys they did to now because of that ugly "futuristic" type look in the grill an the headlights. Looks ugly...just like on the new silverados. From 08-2011 Silverados look good. Now they're ugly.
I don't understand why they feel that SUV is worth 64 to 70K they don't make the third row seat an option. GM needs to go back to options and not cram so many things down the customers throat. Some of us don't want a third row seat, you can't remove it either, because of the electrical. My God !!!!! the payments must be 1200 a month and for what? 22 inch rims and a radio that goes up and down or for the Bose sound system? come on GM that doesn't make the Tahoe 64 to 70k

Always loved an wanted an SUV, but my family an me...yet has never owned one. I like them cause (well they looked better before an I like Caddis better) but cause the room inside an they look nice at the same time.
I smiled all the way through this. Not sure if I'd call it a review. Its more like an overview of features. Hilarious tho with the "bong bongs" and "stop playins"
Rock Salt, melt snow. I'm Australian so really have no experience with snow, could anyone please tell me, if you are using salt to melt ice doesn't the salt pollute the surrounding ground as in kill plants and grass and such>?
I work at a GMC/ Buick dealership and do exactly what you did in that video, show people how everything works. Good video overall but definitely all over the place as far as showing features of the vehicle. Personally it would be a lot smoother going from say the door, to the dash where headlights, four-wheel drive and all the HUD and going to the right. Also at 3:08 "voice commands" is actually text messages as you can look at your inbox. XM radio is also standard on the Tahoe, especially the LTZ. I would have also added that heated steering wheel into the awesome features as well as things like projection on the radio and all you can do with that customizable instrument panel.
All I am saying is that it would look better than jumping from the door to the center console, then up to sunroof and back over to the dash.
***** guaranteed* come on computers do have spell check. Also, it would be impossible to sell 7,000,000,000+ people if you actually knew how the car business worked. And my last note would be these videos are not reviews, if you think they are then get your ass out of your head and watch real car reviews. These videos are more of an overview of the vehicles features. There is no mention other than the fuel level. Why not talk about ride comfort, handling, how good or bad active fuel management is working with his driving etc etc.

Not sure if I am a fan of the 50+ buttons in the vehicle, but I guess it's pretty cool. Then again, I just do not like bigger vehicles all that much. :P

Hey Daym you realize you can adjust the steering wheel height and how far its out towards you by pulling a lever underneath it? Your leg room test isnt too acurate cuz you can change that. Most new cars have this as standard.
Fam....I adjust EVERY wheel and seat before I get into a vehicle. Trust, I already know. What you see is after all changes have been made.
