Then we'll flip through some inspirational magazines to brainstorm ideas and get inspired. And finally I'll give you some paint samples to take home with you to peruse. Okay so, I love this video. The way that you keep talking us through the ad pages in these magazines, and your hand movements 🙌🏻 I feel like I’m having the most relaxing conversation about things that majorly stress me out. This is going on every playlist I have.
really great asmr video. on another note I would strongly recommend raising your chair. your elbows are really low when you're typing, causing your wrists to be bent in a less than ideal way. your elbows and wrists should form a nice natural line when your hands rest on your keyboard with elbows at your sides. then you can get a foot rise if your feet can't rest flat on the ground at your new chair height. just a recommendation from someone with chronic pain :)
