I just check need to used a oval air filter and yes you can make the aluminum tube in a oval shape. This way you can have your scoop back.
I like it but I wish they would make a paintable cap/cover for the filter instead of just an ugly sock :/

Yes it will work on every model of the Can-Am ryker including the 600 model.. all models share the same air box and the same intake system and they also all share the same exhaust system...
If you look in the comments in this video there is a very top comment that is pinned by me that states it works on every single model...

Ive just fitted a KN filter but noticed that the OEM air box is very restrictive...could easily be opened up for better airflow...this is what I’m away to do
Really good Installation Video. I could follow all the steps pretty good. is there another video where you talk about how the performance is now? does something have to be adjusted because of the larger amount of air?
Running a custom tune would obviously help. you can tune the Ryker 900 with the Dynojet power vision 3 and I offer custom TUNING.. if you were to just run the intake of course a better tune would help however you do not have to have it. You can definitely gain more power out of the custom tune though.

Bill great video. First, I need to use your video to thread/thighten the red frunk lock cable it’s not as easy as the Slingmods video shows. I’m at the point where I will remove the two shorty T30 screws from under the seat and tilt forward. I’m calling it a night but was wondering if the tilt works the same with a Max Mount?
Second point, when you remove the T30 screw just before the loosened T30 pivot point you gotta be careful not to let the silver nut/washer combo drop off and down into the engine compartment.
Yes don't let anything fall into the engine bay.. tilting the body forward is the same with or without the max amount it doesn't matter the max out stays in place

I would take my ryker to u if you were in Chicago definitely man I bought 2020 and already messed up on me 30 miles I took back to dealer oil was coming out air filter
If I'm not mistaken in that is just blow by because it has the PCV valve going straight back into the intake..
What did the dealer say about it..?
Also I build the tune for the Can-Am Ryker and then send it to you in an email...
You would have to get a hold of me through Facebook messenger we can talk more there about tuning the bike you would also need to own the Dynojet pv3..

Heater you can port them of course with you guys if you guys offer the service. I don’t if this motorcycle used a throttle body you can port it too. I see it has coils better spark plugs and coils. The hose the is connected to the tube from intake you can add a catch can with a small filter. Bye

What happen when I installed and the bike doesn not want to stay on engine wise stay on one second then dies but lights stay on?
I'm not sure, installing the intake would not cause this.
How much more torque? HP? New Top speed?
There is a dino video out if you take a look at my UA-cam channel. However with that being said the bike made around 82 horsepower without it being tuned with exhaust and intake. Stock they make 67 horsepower. After the tune we were able to hit 115.6 miles per hour. Currently we hold the ryker for the fastest riker in the world.
Did they made a cover for the exposed parts of the engine now the stock intake is gone ?

Added same cold air intake bout a month ago.I love it.But now i noticed i have oil pooling inside intake tube and beginning to drip out.Any clue what's happening?
It's probably from the PCV valve that's that hose that goes from the top of the motor over to the intake. If it has any blow by it's designed to go back into the intake tube but we have noticed that if you ride slow and fluid comes through there and then you get on the throttle and then slow down again there will not be enough air flow to suck that fluid back up into the intake therefore you end up with fluid dripping down towards the filter. I would say if you're looking for what your options are or you want more insight on that information contact treal performance. As I don't work for them they just used my bike as a demo bike for a little while..
@@BLRTUNING Thanks.I contacted the dealer.And they just suggested that i put the oem filter back on.But that would suck.Because i really like the way it looks,sounds and performs now.

The 9:34 min mark. I just broke the clip off where your right hand is :( Not off to a good start. I trusted your word "That you not gonna break it". PULL gently folks just broke it!!!!!!!! The clips that hold on the plastic parts will ABSOLUTELY BREAK OFF SMH.
You have to lift outward and then slide it back towards the back end of the bike.. you cannot just pull outward it will break.. yes it's extremely flexible as far as bending that full sheet of plastic outward. Perhaps I should have been a little more clear in the video.. always be cautious when working on your own vehicle.... Remember when you're usually paying a dealership service center to work on your bike if they break something most likely they're going to have to pay for it that's not the case when you're working on it by yourself so keep that in mind when you start taking your bike apart.. I apologize if you feel that I wasn't clear enough in my video... these plastic panels should be removed carefully you have to remember I have stripped my bike all the way down to the frame I have broken just about everything there is to break on it since it's been taken apart so many times... Since I've done this so many times I sometimes tend to make things look simple in my video when maybe to the average person or person that has not tooken it apart before it might not be so easy.. the panels you were talking about have been taken off of my bike more than a hundred times easily.. so I can literally walk up to the panel grab it and take it off the correct way the first time without anything breaking I have broken the same panel the first time I tried taking it apart... the way that I do it in the video is the way that I do it every time and since then I have not broken one....

No ... They are working on more options now.. this is what's available for now..

Curious why couldn’t use the stock rubber elbow
If I'm not mistaken it's a different size than the new inlet tube also it's very cheap quality. This new one that comes in the kit is much thicker rubber and will not collapse.... or flex as much

How much more power did it gain ?
Still working on Dino information it did add quite a bit more power though.
The air intake added 6.5 whp .. treal performance exhaust system added 7.5 whp
IS THESE NUMBERS WITH OR WITHOUT THE DYNO TUNING? I JUST ORDERED THE TREAL PERFORMANCE EXHAUST THE RAM INTAKE AND THE PEDDLE COMMANDER I JUST WANA KNOW WILL I GAIN HORSE POWER FROM JUST THE ADD ON OF THESE PARTS OR WILL THESE NUMBER ONLY APPLY IF MY RALLY IS TUNNED ?
@@eugenewilliams1596 don't know why I'm just now seeing your message but those numbers were done without any kind of custom tuning and without any pedal Commander or anything like that... Those numbers were done on the Dyno in sport mode..
