I noticed something. In a recent video Anthony did on his Year in the Life series he gambled with Alfred on mini golf and almost stuck Alfred with a $40k loss. Roman recently sat down with Alex and talked about retirement accounts and managing investments sensibly. LB is an intense environment to work in, but the guy at the top has the best interest of his people front and center. It's impressive.

The state of Florida and especially Miami is a hot place to be. A lot of investment firms, start ups and tech companies are moving away from NY, Cali etc. to Florida. These companies see the massive potential. And like Adrian mentioned in the video, if South America opens the border, there will be a lot of rich folks willing to spend some money in the South Beach area. It's a good decision - business and content wise.

Miami is saturated with high end watch dealers. Very expensive rent for what you get. Funny that Adrian thought the Jacksonville deal was a waste..”you can meet a 100 clients in an hour on Instagram”…but wants to open a retail store in Miami. $3k was the cost for Jacksonville but it won’t pay for 10sq ft of space in Miami per month.

Just listen to these guys, make notes, create clean spreadsheets to keep an eye on changing prices, track models and key features of watches, be consistent, work on communication skills, apply knowledge in the sales field, ask many questions especially at the beginning...ok enough because I sound like a smartass and I am not even involved in watch business ...just enjoing the content :) It is a rare opportunity to transition from a forklift operator to a salesman of luxury watches so I feel that Chris will demonstrate an appreciation and dedication.
