How many watts does both speakers put out

Currently, Sony does not disclose the watts on the XP500 and XP700.
For the XP500- This speaker is perfect for taking a powerful sound outside. The combination of the X-Balanced Speaker Unit, High-efficiency Tweeter, and passive radiators deliver a crisp and clear sound whether you’re listening in an indoor space or outside.
For the XP700- this speaker is built for a venue-filling sound. With Omnidirectional Party Sound provided by the X-Balanced Speaker Unit and the front and rear high-efficiency tweeter, it sends out rich, clear sound in all directions.

We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.
I have the Sony srs-XP700, I love it, even my friends and my 2 year old daughter loves it too! This speaker is a excellent product, can't wait to take it to a party, or a bbq, anywhere.
I own a dindinmodern brand speaker. Honestly, it's really good. I prefer his bass. I've had it for a year so far and it deserves my praise. Contacted their customer service when I paid to get a discount code!

Can you have guitar, microphone, and phone all playing at the same time?
You mentioned that you link up to 100 speakers. My question is will the bass and volume stay thesame on each speaker. I have had an experience where i connect two rockville hts56 speakers together to play music on galaxy s9 at the same and the volume and bass will drop on each speaker when connect both through Bluetooth
Hi three time hussler, Thanks for your question. Our new X-Series range of speakers can be connected together via the Party Connect function. This gives you better bass, incredible soundstage, and versatility.
However, the connection does not differentiate the signal sent to each device. It sends the same signal to each, and the difference in sound is the result of the speakers themselves.

How do you charge the speaker?
Hi Ruby, thank you for your inquiry! You can charge this speaker by connecting the supplied AC power cord to the AC power input jack on the speaker and to an AC outlet.
Note: Battery charging starts and the CHARGE indicator lights up in orange. Charging will complete in about 3 hours* and the indicator will turn off.
*Time that is required to charge the empty built-in battery to its full capacity while the speaker is turned off.

@@s.c8554 thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it is safe to leave it plugged in 24/7 because charging stops when the Li-ion battery is full. A topping charge is only applied when the battery voltage drops to a certain level.
To maximize battery life, however, it is better to not keep it plugged in. Environmental conditions, not cycling alone, govern the longevity of lithium-ion batteries.
Do not charge in conditions too cold or too warm (below 41F or above 95F)
When not in use, keep the device stored in a cool place, partially charged.
Operating condition between 30 and 80 percent maximizes battery life.
Lithium-Ion batteries have no memory and are not degraded with partial discharges.
The worst situation is keeping a fully charged battery at elevated temperatures.

Why there is no option to switch off Bluetooth in Sony SRS-XP700?

Thank you for reaching out to us. At the time of purchase, the Bluetooth function setting is set to on.
To turn off this function, press and hold the - (volume) button and the(BLUETOOTH) button on the unit for 5 seconds. The BLUETOOTH indicator turns off and the BLUETOOTH function is set to off.

Over the years we have seen posting such numbers results in a spec contest. Specs, and yes even watts can be measured in different ways.
