मसाला किचन में आज बन रहा है हेल्दी पान शॉट्स/ड्रिंक्स रेसिपी | घर मे पान का शरबत/रिफ्रेशिंग ड्रिंक/जूस बनाने का आसान तरीका | मुखवास/पान का मुखवास कैसे बनाये? | रिफ्रेशिंग ड्रिंक्स/मॉकटेल्स/सेहतमंद समर ड्रिंक्स अब बना पाएंगे घर में बहुत आसानी से | बाजार जैसा पान के हेल्दी शरबत/मीठा पान/पान की आइसक्रीम/पान की मिठाई जब घर में बनाएंगे तो सारी रेसिपी भूल जायेंगे और भी हेल्दी शरबत आपको मिलेंगे मसाला किचन में | हेल्दी ड्रिंक्स/शरबत रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Paste:
Betel Leaves(पान के पत्ते) - 6-7 Pieces
Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - More than ½ Tsp
Icecubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े) - 3-4
Rose Petal Jam/Gulkand(गुलकंद) - 2 Tbsp
Green Food Colour(हरा फ़ूड कलर)
Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - ¼ Cup
For Serving:
Betel Leaves Paste(पान के पत्तों का पेस्ट) - 3 Tbsp
Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - Some
Milk(दूध) - ¾ Cup
Fresh Cream(ताजा मलाई) - ½ Cup
Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Finely chopped
Saffron(केसर)
Dry Rose Petals(सूखी गुलाब की पंखुड़ियां)
RECIPE:
Take some Betel Leaves, wash them and wipe them with a cloth. Remove its stem part and chop the leaves finely. Take a mixer jar, put Betel Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, some Ice-Cubes and grind them. Rose Petal Jam/Gulkand, some Ice-Cubes, Green Colour, Powder Sugar and grind it. Then take out the paste in a bowl. Store the Paan Paste in the Freezer for loge-time use.
For Serving, in a serving glass, put paan paste, some powdered Sugar, Milk, Fresh Cream and beat it with the beater.
Garnish it with some chopped Pistachio, Saffron, some Dry Rose Petals. In this way, tasty Paan Shots/Drink/Sharbat will get ready easily at home.

Dada you are right upto some extent, but this type of paan is maghai, or Calcutta from it's dark colour. Nagarvel colour generely light green.
