There is nothing more I can say. If I had the other two BiS augments on my weapon, I wouldn't be too surprised if I had gotten a time much faster than what I expected.

Aight I'm from ship 2 I seen u around my character name matt I gotta ask what's ur skill tree on hunter and how are u doing that counter attack with wire I'm trying to get used to wire/sword

My skill tree skill tree setup consists of all three weapons. Pretty much you want to put points in all the avenger type skills. If you are just focusing on Sword and Wire, partisan can be omitted. Slow landing, Flash Guard and Hunter's Physique is all up to you. I was using Vane Mixture and timing the attack as the enemy is attacking me triggering avenger and sometimes using the weapon action to parry, giving me the avenger effect on the next Wired Lance PA. For custom PA, I'm using Type 3 Vane Mixture which fills the gauge for Crossing Feather much faster. Crossing Feather is a skill you want. Knowing this is VERY important when it comes to downs. Ideally you want to get a physical down with a PA and use the Wired Lance (WA + direction) and use Crossing Feather when it's available.
