This boss has the weirdest hitbox to the point I have to pivot just right. Sometimes, I do think my avenger procs need to be tighter. I did not have BiS units because the augmentation for the new BiS units is not complete; therefore, my usual Octo set with BiS augments will have to do. I have a Reyaar Sword/ Wire 80 with a Termina lv.2, but lv.3 and up would be very good.

This was a good fight overall. I got sloppy in some places, especially the last phase. It would have been cool if I could parry that attack with the Wired Lance and follow up with the avenger effect. This would have been faster if I didn't hesitate on using the PB. This may not be the most optimal, but I'm okay with that. Honestly, Cannonball in general needs a good update or makeover. Recently, I got a Flugel Sword after spending 11m due to my frustration in the RDR. It's only half of my usual set up, but in due time. Anyway, I'm still using the Tisah Stalward Sword 80 (L3 Fatale) and Octo Armor (Guard L1 x2, Enthusia L2) with presumed BiS Augments.

I wasn't using a Wingard or Fatale for this fight. I focused more on potency floor as opposed to high potency. I was using two different types of Eredim weapons with different fixas. It was Unwix 5 for the Wire/ Sword and Abandac 5 for Partisan. Don't be afraid to use different weapons for certain quests.

Nice.... I tried to keep my build balanced but I think I went to tanky my current build is wingard wire/sword attack 2 my floor is 83 dmg resist 54% and pot is 230 atm I don't use Fatale due to my floor being so high

My skill tree skill tree setup consists of all three weapons. Pretty much you want to put points in all the avenger type skills. If you are just focusing on Sword and Wire, partisan can be omitted. Slow landing, Flash Guard and Hunter's Physique is all up to you. I was using Vane Mixture and timing the attack as the enemy is attacking me triggering avenger and sometimes using the weapon action to parry, giving me the avenger effect on the next Wired Lance PA. For custom PA, I'm using Type 3 Vane Mixture which fills the gauge for Crossing Feather much faster. Crossing Feather is a skill you want. Knowing this is VERY important when it comes to downs. Ideally you want to get a physical down with a PA and use the Wired Lance (WA + direction) and use Crossing Feather when it's available.
