I've read: ooooooooooooo for the heart. aaaaaaaaa for the lungs. iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii for the head. uuuuuuuuuu for the solar plexus. eeeeeeeeee for the throat. Try those vowels and concentrate on each corresponding centre :)

Yes, I just ran across it...called Deity Yoga...practiced with the deity you feel closest to...or that you can most fully emulate. The book I read, called Introduction to Tantra by Kama Yeshe basically says you should be practicing Guru Yoga...and begin Deity Yoga with your guru's guidance.
