Had an issue with the overall sound being too low, so I re-uploaded it with a higher overall sound ^^" Sorry about that ^^"\
I was just going back to the old one to see how N4 looks to me now, perfect timing haha. Thanks 🙏 these are honestly some of the best, most concise grammar videos on yt
Very glad to hear that you find these videos useful, they take a lot of hours to make so reading these nice comments really makes it worth it 😁
Good luck with studying and I hope you enjoy this updated version 😊😉
@@VoylinSensei Is JLPT n2 enough to live in Japan?
@@crazycraftff9412 I would say N3 is the minimum requirement, that is if you can actually have normal conversations. A lot of companies here do however require an N2, and an N2 would make living here more convenient. ;)
*Corrections:*
- 36: う-Verb should be V[neg] + せる
- 42: い-Adj should be い-Adj + かったら
I recommend pinning this. It will be easy for everyone to find and it won't get lost in the comments ❤
Thank you for the work you've put into this. It has already made studying so much easier 🙏
@@favoriteanony7252 thank you for your comment and the suggestion of pinning this 😊
Great vid. Thanks.
Thank you for this lesson. It`s very helpful for me to better understand.
ありがとうございました。

❤ thank you so much
And God bless you ❤
Thank you for your comment ^^/
I love your vid, can't wait for the next one. It would be good if you can repeat the Japanese sentence so we can practice by listening too.
Made a Japanese only version which is getting uploaded later today ;)

I'll be doing the same for the N3 and N2 videos in the next coming days ^^
Plz make more videos for n4
Thank you for the awesome video!
Can you also share the notes that you are using?
I've released the PDF on itch.io so I have an extra way of being rewarded for the work we put into our videos ^^ It's completely free to download, donations are optional :p

Hello!
I really appreciate your video. Very comprehensive & substantial.
Btw, would like to ask about the pdf of this one. Is it ready for downloading? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance❤
I'm glad that you like the video! ^^
The PDF's for all grammar videos are available from itch, I used to share them through google drive but decided to put them on itch as some people wanted to give me donations for the work.
Here is the link ;)

Thank youu sensei. Just one question here, were all the kanjis used in this video covers all jlpt N4 kanji? Cuz I find some that I think are much more than what I have already seen 😄
For the kanji which don't appear in the N4 test I put the translation with hiragana in the bottom. As there are no official lists it may be possible that there are some kanji which aren't considered JLPT N4, sorry about that ^^\
Can somebody explain the sentence, この猫は誰も欲しがる人がいなかった to me? It looks like everyone wants the cat people there are none. Why are there seemingly two instances of がる and how to both parts of the sentence describe 人? Thanks in advance!
please make more videos and formal useful phrases
I would love to make more videos like these as I know they are helpful to many people. But they also take a large amount of time. At this moment I'm working on remaking the N5 video as that one really needs an update 😅
Could u make videos like this for N3 , N2 plz
already did:

I think I noticed a bit of a mistake in number 36. For the う-Verb it should be V[neg] + せる and not う-Verb[stem] + せる. Am I right?
Yep, that's indeed correct ^^" We try our best to check everything as good as possible, but there's so much data to go over and this one apparently slipped through the holes in the net ^^" Thanks for pointing it out and I will make a note in the comments here
Number 42: たら if...then, after
"い-Adj - い+だった”
Should it not be かった instead?
🍣🍣
You are correct, thanks for sharing! I've put a note in the pinned comment, somehow even when checking so many times, mistakes can still happen. ^^"
does this actually cover all the n4 grammar, if it does, im very greatful to you (kanshashiteimasu)
yes it does ;)
Can you explain why the first example of 55 uses 続く instead of 続ける
Both could be used
降り続く: The rain continues to fall
降り続ける:Would be indicating that it is continuing to rain because of a specific reason.
28:07
Good luck ;)
Thanks immensely for all your hard work in compiling these huge lists for all levels. But please give us only nihongo in audio, if possible repeating the nihongo sentences. The english audio is very very distracting.
ua-cam.com/video/BD_m_dgIAfY/v-deo.html
here you go, Japanese only version. making these types of videos a good fit for everybody was my goal, that's why there is English in this one as many people use it for listening in their car and can't see the English.
Sensei.. im scared of my n4 exam that is on sunday.. pls give me some tips.. im like 50-70%prepared.
Best tip I can give is to remember the time. Don't get stuck on a question and don't stress when you get across multiple questions which you don't know.
Best strategy is: Read question, if you know the answer fill it in. don't know the answer? Skip for now, time is too limited to wait a long time. First fill in all answers you know, then go over the other ones, if you don't know, just make an attempt and you'll have a 25% of being correct. Just try to have an answer for every question and don't leave anything blanque.
That's for during the test, for now as preparation for the test, try to do enough practice tests, go over grammar videos as these often include vocab which is also needed for the test. Stop watching TV and UA-cam videos which don't include any Japanese, surrounding yourself as much as possible with the language can also help a lot already.
Good luck!!

Yes?
Ugh still using あなた makes me kinda cringe.
Why exactly is that? You do know that my Japanese wife made these sentences right? Lole in a native speaker ...? 😂 So your comment kind of makes me cringe that you think your level is above using あなた
