By which track I can apply on Kyung hee University, instrumental music department? Embassy track ? Unlike university track like we have to choose only science field is there any such restrictions in embassy track?

No it is not imp.
Without that also u can apply and if u get selected then they will provide u 1 year language training ok

No you do not need either. Although if you do have language certificates you have a better chance of being accepted.
