      Too bad that the 14th amendment made everyone a U.S. citizen through sneaky legalese. Being a U.S. citizen puts you under the jurisdiction of that ten mile square area better know a the District of Columbia. The scum that wrote up the draft for the 14th understood what they were doing and it was ratified on July 9, 1868. We were no longer state citizens but U.S. citizens. Decades later would come the Federal Reserve, Federal income tax and Social Security Act, basically making the Constitution null & void. We get what we consent to.

    Buddy, as an old LEO it saddens me to see that some of today's LEO's have forgotten, or ignore their oath of office. They should be ashamed of themselves for following orders that obviously violate a citizens constitutional rights. They do not have to follow an unlawful order.

    FBI came to my door because of a meme the son posted. They asked if we had any guns in the house. I asked them what that had to do with anything. Everything was handled on the front porch with the door closed. Don't let them intimidate you. Our county Sheriff said if they come for your guns and don't want to leave, call him and he'll explain to them how to leave.

      Good thing about living in Florida. No federal agent is immune to the Castle or Stand your ground law. Which means if they show up without a warrant and intimidate you with threats they can be left for the meatwagon on your front lawn

    One thing, NEVER step outside. They can arrest you if you step outside. Talk to them through the door if you talk to them at all. You can open the inner door, specify that they do not have permission to enter. They cannot cross that threshold legally without permission.

    Check your local laws but in some states you don’t need to show a warrant if you have a legal warrant. ATF needs to go after criminals instead of making criminals out of law abiding citizens

    Excellent advice, Buddy. I'm a retired cop with over 30 years on the job. I would add the advice that it's a crime to lie to a federal agent. In my opinion, your best bet is to say absolutely NOTHING to any fed. I wouldn't even say hello. If you don't speak at all, there's no way they can twist that into saying that you lied. I'd also record every single thing that they say or do on my phone or Go Pro. Unfortunately, in today's world the same advice applies to dealing with a lot of cops in every type of jurisdiction. Things aren't what they used to be. Stay safe everyone!

      I'm aware it's a crime to lie to a federal, the question is what about all of these women that's a they were molested or attacked groped by man and then it turns out that's not true... Is there a law against lying to a federal agent and false police report is it legal why then are absolutely none of these women ever charged with a crime or prosecuted?

      Unfortunately, even though it's a crime to lie to a federal agent, the reverse is not true. They will lie to you if they think it will help their cause, and they justify it as a useful "interrogation technique."

      Not totally accurate. It has been demonstrated in some various court cases that not saying anything can be construed as consent. Even certain gestures can be (including leaving your door open, various general hand gestures, certain body language ...not making this up).
      You need to vocalize and demonstrate your rights. You have to declare the fifth when you choose to remain silent and you have to declare non-consent to searches when asked, and you should declare your intent to be wanting to be compliant with the law after consulting with an attorney when pressed. There may be some other declarations we all need to familiarize ourselves with, but don't be fooled, just saying nothing can get you in a pickle and convicted.

    The problem is, if we don’t tell the citizens their rights because we’re scared they’ll come after us for memes then we already lost the battle. They want us to be afraid. I will not tolerate it and to be honest, if I have to be the sacrificial lamb for people to wake them so be it.     The only part I might question is stepping out of your door. My buddy had an interaction with the local cops he doesnt trust, and he noted as soon as you sep across that threshold, they can arrest you if they "feel" you are resisting or obstructing them. He stood his ground, and they wanted him to come out, but he wouldn't. They were threating him with obstruction. That threshold is an important point of demarcation. I will stand to be corrected if anyone has more legal knowledge than me on that.

      People should use exterior security/storm doors so there is one more layer of protection on that threshold. You can see/hear them and likewise, but there's still at least one shut door on that threshold.

    Buddy, as a 38 year retired LEO who retired as a Chief of Police, thank you for putting out this basic information for the public. It always amazes me how many law-abiding folks are unaware or frightened to exercise their basic rights. Be polite, be firm, then Shut Up. Dont be afraid to tell them to leave your property if they dont have a warrant. Dont be afraid to tell them No you cant search or enter without a warrant. Same with a traffic stop. No you cannot search my car etc.

      By design, children are made stuuypid. Most today graduating high school couldn't pass 4th grade english/math. You think they could pass civics? Sadly, most couldn't even name the three branches of government. Surprise, when the government is in charge of your education, they tend not to care if you know your rights and powers.

    I highly recommend a long driveway with a gate and a camera with 2 way verbal communication. That way you can stop them at the gate if they have no warrant.

    You NEVER consent to an FBI "interview" without a lawyer and AT LEAST one recording device running. Why? The FBI will have one "interviewer" and one "recorder". You normally DO NOT get to see what the "agent" has recorded during the course of the "interview". This is so you can be "entrapped" in court. The question would be "Are you lying under oath in this courtroom?" or "Did you lie to the FBI agent during your interview?" - if there is a question about some aspect of your testimony.

    As a current LEO sitting at 10 years, I approve this message.
    As Benjamin Franklin once said: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." (Now none of us want that Liberty Safe ;))
    Or as Patrick Henry said the night of the Boston Tea Party : “ Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”
    Don’t confuse this with me promoting any kind of physical revolution. Rather, if there is an issue with ethics, morals and character - this should be addressed in a different manner. Our government is lacking common sense, ethics, morals and character. They are lacking the “do something greater than yourself”. This country as a whole is lacking God.

    I’d like to add an additional item. There is a difference between an Arrest Warrant and a Search Warrant. The police may not enter your home, short of exigent circumstances without a Search Warrant. An Arrest Warrant does not grant them permission to enter a home and search for a person. The power of an Arrest Warrant ends at the threshold of a door without a companion Search Warrant or consent granted to enter. This should be made very clear.

    One thing I would like to add in. Whenever dealing with law enforcement you need to express that you're invoking your 5th amendment right to remain silent. There have been cases where just being silent without expressing this has been used in court against them.

    I hear you about the police, but after being in Canada and watching what they did in Ottawa. I’m highly questioning if our police are “our” police anymore. I’m sure some are going along with the plan of WEF, but I also feel some are plants that are not American. Just sayin

    FACTS Buddy!!!! I would suggest every PATRIOT file a UCC 1-308 reservation of rights. Along with a signed affidavit with a Notary signature. Also, a good man named Carl Miller has UA-cam videos on your constitutional rights which I encourage everyone to watch. God bless

    I was talking to an attorney once, and he told me: NEVER answer the door. If they have a search warrant, let them kick the door in as there's a pretty good chance they won't follow proper procedure and a good lawyer can get the case tossed. If they do come inside, keep your hands visible, make no motions that can be misconstrued (they are trained in asking ambiguous questions so that either an affirmative or negative can give them what they want). Lastly, there is one word, and one word only you say to them: "lawyer".

    Three things to remember in today's society when dealing with law enforcement:
    1. You have the right to remain silent, so exercise it!
    2. Do not blindly "back the blue." Wholeheartedly support the police when they are right, but admit when they are wrong. A badge (or uniform)does not automatically make someone a good person.
    3. By and large, the only law enforcement that should exist is at the local level.

      I watched a video where the capital police moved tge barricades and motioned for the crowd to go forward.
      Also saw one where an officer was escorting several through the building.
      I believe that it was all a set up by pelosi, schummer, mcconnell and o with the violent protesters actually being fbi field agents, paid activists , antifa scum and a few angry patriots.

    First off, NEVER open the door at all!!! Second, keep it simple, ask them "Do you have a warrant?" If they say NO, tell them to get off your property. Be polite but FIRM, and do not talk to them no matter what!!!

    A court in the US ruled that cops can come up with probable cause AFTER an arrest. Hopefully will get shut down by higher court.

      If they do that, they are risking getting sued. I would think that cops would be more careful these days. Look at how the left can go after them for anything without even knowing anything about the constitution. The right can do even more damage if they actually wanted to.

    Don’t let them have entry.They must produce a warrant before they can legally enter.Check the the laws for legality. Remember not only do we have to be legal that also applies for law enforcement.

    Depending on where you live. Your local sheriffs office is probably your best bet especially for the small town guys where you can talk to the sheriffs personally and get to know them

    I have an LEO in the family & he is 100% 2A, a combat vet, practicing Catholic & father of 8. Not all LEOs are out to get ya. We have many outstanding & respectable, trustworthy officers out there. Buddy, you are right that there are those who will obey orders from the fed chain of command & don’t care if they break the law themselves, but I think your everyday LEO is for true justice & many are compassionate people with really hard jobs dealing with what most people shun -the druggies, wife beaters, murderers, etc. The fed agents may be more corrupt for sure… by their fruits… I’ll take your sound advice about standing my ground inside the house. Probably won’t even answer the door as a woman if they ever come. I don’t have anything anyway! Haha!

    Buddy Brown, so now I’ve been listening to you for quite a number of months. And passed it along to other friends of mine. How many times did I hear you talk about sitting on the tailgate and Bustin open a can of beer with friends? I live in South Carolina, and if I got an invite, I would find a way to get up there and do that. I also play bass guitar, and I would be interested in getting together for a jam session and just rock the house! Oh and by the way, like usual, I enjoyed the video, thank you for posting!

      @@patricialemonde3194 Get a metal front door and reinforce your door with longer screws. Put in dead bolts. You can put a steel bar across your door. You should have plenty of witnesses. Call your neighbors and ask them to observe the proceedings. They can even record it. The more people that are present the safer you are.

    Do NOT open the door. They will put their foot in the door and not allow you to shut it. Do not exit the house. The only reason to open the door is if they have a search warrant.

    Just recently saw a video of an Individual ( in California), minding his own beeswax and a police officer approached & arrested him for eating a sandwich while waiting for his train. !!!!
    WHAT SHEEPISH MIND DOES IT TAKE TO BE A POLICE OFFICER AND TRY TO ENFORCE THIS RIDICULOUS RULE????

    I don't open my door for anyone. I don't have any social media presence. Obviously if they have a warrant I will open the door, but I must see the warrant and badges before I open the door. Best advice is keep your mouth shut.

    Good advice regarding getting a copy of the affidavit supporting the warrant. However, do not let anyone in your residence until your attorney is present and has reviewed said documents. If a warrant is being served you have the right of representation.

    We had a pizza shop and a drive thru with a license to sell beer, wine, etc and sadly had to pay a tax to the ATF on our sales for them to do what they do. A waste of our hard earned money. Thanks Buddy for the info.

    What I have done is put up a fence all the way around my house with a gate that is always closed. Law enforcement cant just walk up to your door without a warrant if the gate is closed. The way they usually get around the private property aspect of not having a warrant is a SCOTUS ruling that says they may approach your house, if its not closed off, the same as a delivery person or your neighbor would. If they had to force their way onto your property, that is a violation of your 4th Amendment rights.
    You have to invoke your Constitutional rights verbally. Just by standing there and not saying a word, does not mean LEOs have to stop talking or asking questions. You do have to tell them you are invoking your 5th Amendment right to not say anything, after that, you can be silent, and if they are recording, just remind them every few minutes so its on video.
    If you get arrested, they do NOT have to read you your Miranda Rights unless they plan to ask you questions regarding the crime they arrested you for. TV is not real, dont believe that crap. Asking your name, address, phone number and such after an arrest does not fall under Miranda because it does not have anything to do with the crime. Do not lie about your name and DOB, that is another charge. If you have not been arrested, you do not have to give them that information, they are fishing.
