First ultramarathon - Frosty 50k - Winston Salem NC

This was my FIRST attempt at an ultramarathon, at a local race location 'Salem Lake'. It's four laps around the lake, with a total accent/decent of 1,703 ft. My longest run while training was 18 /miles, I clocked 169 /miles in Dec leading up to this race.
