13:58 Your baseplate filter doesnt work, because tekla goes from top of the list to bottom, since you have ALL in top of the list it colour baseplates with Purple, and then ignore second filter,
If you would like filter to work you have to move your baseplates to the top of the list, and all rest to be down on your list
