    Really bad hip pain on front and side burning with hinges and squat motions.just painful to even ever do lower body😮.ty for your videos I'm new here though.. do you have any other videos that address hip impingement or pain ..lumbar area ? Ty

      I would look at the asymmetrical movements, but best bet is to test and see what you need

      Basically when I see this coupled with someone passing all the other tests, usually this is someone who produces a lot of motion through the spine, and likely needs more through the hips. Just gives you different things to work on. Follow the flexible AF category and it’ll make sense

      It's free physical therapy. Sort it out or get your own Physiotrist. Watch things 4 times minimum I would say.

      Yeah it's complicated. The reassurance is I'm saving hundreds on a physiotherapist if i manage to fix it myself :) worth working at over and over
