Really bad hip pain on front and side burning with hinges and squat motions.just painful to even ever do lower body😮.ty for your videos I'm new here though.. do you have any other videos that address hip impingement or pain ..lumbar area ? Ty
Hi Zac, thanks for the video! 👌 Scoliosis can give false results in the tests? Can we do these exercises if we have scoliosis? Please, make a video about how to improve this condition! Greetings from Ecuador!
Basically when I see this coupled with someone passing all the other tests, usually this is someone who produces a lot of motion through the spine, and likely needs more through the hips. Just gives you different things to work on. Follow the flexible AF category and it’ll make sense
Awesome post Zac as usual.
Zac love your video. Its so informational and simple. Btw if one has right shoulder higher than left and has rounded shoulder what to fix first? ❤
Incredible, you've mastered the presentation and editing. Very informative while keeping it engaging. Gonna start this tomorrow
Thank you so much!

Can you do one video about how to address typical left aic pattern
I would look at the asymmetrical movements, but best bet is to test and see what you need
Love that swayback/sternal depression all falls under the term "world of warcraft" rn 😂❤
i can easy do squat, but fall back at the end point
try a wider/better grounded foot stance.
How is touching the palms to the floor a fail 😨
Wondering too

@@ZacCupplesPT that makes sense
@@ZacCupplesPT wait, is flexible AF one of your playlists?
Lol nice title! 😂😂😂
lol I try
am I the only one finding this stuff complicated?
The human body is complex. Solutions are complex
It's free physical therapy. Sort it out or get your own Physiotrist. Watch things 4 times minimum I would say.
Yeah it's complicated. The reassurance is I'm saving hundreds on a physiotherapist if i manage to fix it myself :) worth working at over and over
Second
Glad you're here!
