hi my daughter is duck feet, when were doing the squat leaning on the wall, why her knees touching each other in squat position, hope you find my comment, thank you
I have bilateral metatarsus adductus I assume this drives the whole thing I added a full length varus wedge into my shoe as I wasn't making contact with the 1st MTP Interestingly my angle of gait immediately reduces (not completely) Would this sound correct?
Hello! I just suscribed to your channel and LOVE what you are teaching. I am asking here because this will be great for my husband BUT I am the opposite in that my left leg is really turned in and my left is just slightly turned in. My hip are unable to turn outward and rom is severely limited. Where should I start? Thank you and looking forward to going through your channel.
Thank you so much for this video! I’ve been trying to correct my duck feet while also working on my powerlifting technique, so this showed up on my feed at the perfect time! 😊
Because I'm trying to help a broader population. Many people in the field have a hard time telling what the ISA is, even harder when gen pop. It's easier to me to assume worst case scenario strategies.
So if I'm following you here...with end game narrows unwind distal to proximal (focus on tibia first, first half of your video) and with end game wides work top down (second half of your video). I'm I on the right track here? Aditionally, what brand adjustable slant board are you using in this video?
This is what we called a biomechanics 💥
The Bill Clinton part almost made me burst the coffee out of my mouth hahahah
How many sets/reps?! Thank you so so much!
What if it's single leg, what exercises should we do??????
For me, that was easy. I have a lot of external rotation and almost no internal rotation. People always ask me if I was a ballet dancer.
Same i have do much external rotation and no internal. How did u fix it?
What if I also quack like a duck?
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
I thought this would be helpful, how many times do I do these? He doesn't elaborate
This man is a wizard. Listen to what he says!❤
I have duck feet but no problem with internal or external rotations
I just did the test, no problem internal and external, but I have duck feet 🤔
U guys are deformed😂
Same is with me
Did doctor tell you the surgery because my son have this problem you doing exercise @tejasbandewar2864
@@helene3then you have external rotation of the tibia
I have duck feet but can do both things 🤔
Same bro😂
how many sets and reps? how many times a day?
Prolapse? Good video on the hip
Thank You Johnny Sins😂❤
Ive recently started your rib flare excersizes how long till I would see resuts (my rib flare is not as noticibe unless I suck it in)
Thank you for this video! Your explanations are great!
This is how black dudes walk so they don’t crease their Jordan’s

According to the excercise I don't have hip immobility, but then what is the problem..?
What material are the pads u use under feet? i cant find anything but soft foam ones which are useless.

So confusing, but seems legit.
I'll need to re-watch this a few times to understand it... hopefully
My internal and external hip rotation seems okay? So could it be a weakness instead?
If I only have this issue on my left leg, would I want to focus on unilateral exercises you showed?
Thank you so much for this video! I’ve been trying to correct my duck feet while also working on my powerlifting technique, so this showed up on my feed at the perfect time! 😊
Another great video as always.
Thank you so much!
Oh, and my whole family does walk like that.
The duckless wonder😂👏👏👏
My hip mobility is great but I still walk that way and it seems like my knees are internally rotated. What does that mean? How do I fix it?
Tibial rotation
What an video !! 💥❣️
Hi Zac, would you start to improve ER before IR even with wides (limited in both - regarding on layers of compensation)?
i think this will be late er, you need to restore early er first to open some space in end game wides
Think shift body/COM backward first. Moving backward = Er
Amazing video. How come you don’t mention the archetypes at 1:40? That would be a better determining factor of sequence right?

@@ZacCupplesPT Thanks for the response Zac. That’s sort of what I inferred I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t misunderstanding. Great to know.

10:15 are we going into a more supinated supported state so that we go more into pronation, going down?
if you cant hear the right frequency because others too loud you just limit the overall sound to make them equal
yeah
Brilliant
😍
Thank you!

That makes sense to me!
And I like squatwedgiez. I think he's still honoring the humanmatrix (all one word) discount code)
