    CHICKEN MADROUBA RECIPE :
    Ingredients
    Boneless chicken strips ½ kg
    Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
    Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Flour 3 tbsp
    Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
    Orange color ¼ tsp
    Oil for frying
    METHOD :
    Marinate chicken strips with tikka boti masala, all the sauces, egg, corn flour, and flour, leave it for 30 mins, put chicken strips on wooden skewers pressing them well, spread in bread crumbs and sesame seeds, and deep fry. Serve with fries.
    BADSHAHI KABAB RECIPE :
    Ingredients
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Water ¼ cup
    Salt ¼ tsp
    Boil mince with ½ cup water and salt till dry, cool and chopper mince with 4 slices of bread
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Green chilies 6,
    Mint ½ bunch
    Coriander leaves 1 bunch
    Cashew nuts ground 3 tbsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Saffron essence 2 drops
    Salt ½ tsp
    Cream 2 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Chopperize all the given ingredients in a chopper, transfer into a bowl, add in egg, mix nicely, give it a round shape, coat in bread crumbs, pan fry in fry pa till lightly golden, and serve with prepared chatni.
    Ingredients for Chatni :
    Mustard sauce 1 tsp
    Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
    Mayonnaise ¼ cup
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Hot siracha sauce ¼ cup
    METHOD FOR SAUCE :
    Mix all well and serve with badshahi kebab.
