I just love your big bouncy goofy dog!!!!! He's just a big huge teddy 🧸 and I'm in love with his happiness at such a horrible time with all people have gone through, but he is just bounding around life not knowing what has happened to people. That just is so cute seeing his happiness at life even if we're trying to ourselves,at such an unfortunate time in our lives. Can I have him? (LoL)🍁🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦🍁🌹🧸😍😋💘💝💖👥💓💞💕
Thank you … love the before and after shots - really helps me focus on the changes (and a gentle way to end the update - such a playful, healthy guy ❤️).
Thanks for the sweetest ending framed by your wife who takes care all day, every day for you & your sweet-baby. She's awesome! Women's work is hard with long hours feeding & cleaning & helping men to be able to work away from home all day. Women's work is just as vital to men's work; can be a great partnership for success but stay-at-home-mom's & working mom's (2 Jobs+) rarely get recognized for critical important work that's unpaid in 2022. Just saying...
Thank you so much for for daily updates. An appreciated effort! Amazing how much the road crews have done in a short amount of time,. But then you think about what needs to be done at every place the Coquihalla is broken. Puts the damage in perspective....and there's so much more...Merritt, Hope, all the Indigenous communities...BC ers are a tough bunch, though.
A crew rebuilt a smaller bridge near here and it took them 4 years. So glad you got people that actually want to COMPLETE the job. Great team work guys. ✔️
I love these vids!! Can you come down to Vancouver when you are finished up-country and do the same thing for the Broadway subway. I have been a general contractor for 36 years and I just love seeing stuff get built. Especially in tough conditions like these. Huge thanks and appreciation for all involved. And big thanks to you for documenting it. Come by for a beer any time!
They sure are making great progress! It helps that they dont have to consult fish and wildlife and so forth every time they want to drive a machine into a river or cut down a tree....I wonder how much things will slow down once the state of emegency is lifted??
@@andrewk8636 you can say that for all forms of society. Imagine Canada without that evil ideology ever reaching our shores. Our progress as a nation would have never stagnated and would have soared into the future!!!!...instead, we have this political correctness nightmare, which has destroyed our nations of the West...sadly, it was all part of the plan.
So impressive to see how much work they are getting done in such a short time. The difference in creek levels was stunning. And your dog looks like a big, playful teddy bear! Such a pretty dog.
You folks are doing a amazing job of keeping the world updated on the progress. Regular folks doing REAL JOURNALISM! The lame stream media should take notes. And to end it with a cute dog, LOVE IT
Good stuff man ! Thanks for the footage and time doing this all. Stay safe over there as well, all the best from the Island Bro. Look forward to the next report.
Thank you so much for documenting the progress being made on the infrastructure repairs. So much more insightful than news hour, hell they don't even go there.LOL Also appreciate the look at your personal well-being and lifestyle and what you have to deal with on a daily basis in order to make this all happen. My hat is of to you and your family, I wish you well, and thank you again. You;re doing a fantastic job!!!
Great vids! Appreciate your doing this. The power of water is awesome! I was in a flood in Colorado in 2013. Damage was extensive. We also could not get out for over 3 weeks. Like you they wanted to chopper us out....no pets! To go where? A temporary shelter. Nope. We stayed put. The entire valley pooled our resources. No one went without. What breed is your dog? Beautiful. Stay safe.
That dog of yours might be the cousin of "Nanna" She didn't jump around all that much, just was a dog with an extremely cool disposition to make people feel calm. Very nice dog!
Your doing a great job, filming elements of the work being done equipment and men is even more interesting: Men and there machines is the name of a book written in the late 50's , early 60's, it still remains the same way to do. it's all good. Some generals enjoy the exposure, other wise this sort of hard work can be vary thankless
@Monster & ms monster Michelle toddoh? I know it's keiwit. If they are useless how come it looks so good. ? and looks like it's going along smoothly and fast? Not challenging you, just wondering.
@Monster & ms monster Michelle todd If you think those guys running the equipment are useless then you must be able to run them a lot better......right ?
@Monster & ms monster Michelle todd ok my only dog in this is not everyone gets a choice in the matter and any sub psr work should reflect up the chain not on workers who can only work with what they got...not the 1st out fit to low ball into big contracts just to milk the piss out of them either ,that's great the local company is doing well, hopefully they can get more work and grow alot
um, the Coquihalla is important to all of Canada as the #1 route across Canada, to Vancouver for transportation, travel, food shipments & health; for all sorts of needs.
Diana beaking off. The cost of living in BC is outrageous. It would be nice to say the cost is high to pay for this kind of upkeep however, I do not believe there has been any upkeep, just this keep up after the damage. NOTHING WAS PREVENTED HERE!
As a single dad who's been separated from his son because of these wash outs I thank you for showing this progress even though my son is on highway 1 it's still reassuring to see work is getting done
Nothing much to report except a temporary bridge about go in? Haha. Doesn't that mean you guys can start driving in to Hope as you need? Always interesting. Thanks for the update
Another excellent update on the progress of the rebuild of the Jessica Bridge & road. It will be a "Cold Day in Hell" before something like this happens to you folks again. Mother Nature is not going to get the best of you Canadian's again . It appears that all stops are being pulled out to prevent this event ever happening again. Glad to see that everyone is safe & well.
Hahaha love the pooch, nice lookin family as well. Great reporting for the mountain area. Alot of progress on the bridge, alot of man hours. Hey I don't know your name sir ? And what is your regular job ? I'm just curious , thanks Bob Clark
Appreciate the river before/after comparing shots, thx. 🍻
Super exciting to see the progress. Keep filming!
Great job! Keep up the great work. Your unbiased opinion is so appreciated! Thankyou!

You guys are AMAZING! Canadians continue to stay strong! ❤️
documenting this shows progress so people can understand how long it's going to take for some places to be repaired
Thanks for the updates

Cute dog! When he was lying in the road I thought it was a curious bear lying in the icy water!! Looks like a fun friend...
I thought the same thing
So did I 😃
Re-watch the video, he is also on a huge boulder in the the creek early in the video (right hand side)!
@@lbatlas2 Yes, I did see him, at first I thought he was trapped then realised he must be yours - very sweet - what is he? :)

A crew rebuilt a smaller bridge near here and it took them 4 years.
So glad you got people that actually want to COMPLETE the job.
Great team work guys.

The workers there are under a lot more pressure, so they're getting the job done
Way more informative than watching the news! :-)

a river is one that flows into an ocean or bay instead of into another waterway.
Thanks, keep us posted.

I absolutely have to agree 💯% on the work being done so far, that highway is vital to many
um, the Coquihalla is important to all of Canada as the #1 route across Canada, to Vancouver for transportation, travel, food shipments & health; for all sorts of needs.
