An electronics engineer of your college itself is my current boss. He has amazing skills and since you are doing a technical degree you should understand that you have to be extra ordinary.. you need to have skills, nobody's is gonna hire you and pay for nothing to extract from your end. I am a CSE pursuing student and he despite of being an electronics pass out has more CSE knowledge than me. We engineers have to understand that we will have to increase our domain of knowledge and stop acting like kids in college. And we will have to work hard+smart regardless of what course we do.

Bhai ye jo line hai "Mai chahta hu mera beta engineer bane". Isne bahut ladko ki zindagi barbaad ki hai. And those guys ommiting knowledge over here will not understand until & unless they had experienced it. After all it is well said, "Jakey pair na phatey bewai so kaa janey peer parai". I also had suffered this fucking problem, my maths was like, I anyhow passed class 12th; that too I had opted, after my matriculation under the pressure of my "baap". And after 12th falls the nuclear bomb named "The Holy Engineering". Now I have revolted & took my own path. I have message for those boys & girls who are in 12th this year don't get under pressure of your gaurdians if you feel that you can't do well with maths/engineering, just "Revolt", please don't ruin your life like us.
If someone is from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college, then he must start preparing for competitive exams like SSC CGL, Bank PO, CDS etc. Relying completely on college for placements is a foolish move. You always have to have a Plan B if Plan A doesn't work out

If u r still jobless, I suggest u go to ur home and prepare for SSC or IBPS.. This will be better. Then u also save money of ur parents as it costs about Rs.8k to stay in Banglore. When u will stay in home n prepare then u will fill like u r earning those Rs.8k and preparing for some much greater job than those BPO jobs. And don't get so much frusted,because everyone goes through such situations and find some good ways without complaining others for their failure inspite of himself. I think,u should watch Sandeep Mahiswary's Motivational videos and get some strength to do something better.
Bhai I would request you to not feel down.Keep your hopes up and prepare for other Non Tech exams like SSC and Bank.You will get a job definitely.And most importantly keep your faith in God.
India produce more than 1.5 million Engineer every year. And jobs are about 0.1 million every year, which are also reducing year by year. So there will 1.4 jobless Engineer every year. Don't go for the job instead make a small group and create jobs for other. I know it's not easy to start a startup but its easy than living a frustrating life. Life is not that easy don't let frustration to rule your life.
I agree with your only one thought which is "you should select your profession as per your self" otherwise you should have to change your bad thinking about engineering. I think one and only engineering is the evergreen field. My friend just I want to share my own situation for you only. I m also frm bihar and during my education time my parents have not enough money to pay for engineering fee. But that time I have only an ambition to do engineering. Even my father directly neglect to take any loan. There I started struggle for money collection by myself. It was the very rememberable moment of my life and I never forget it. Which is I can't explain you in this comment. But There after I finished my engineering and I got a job as per my talent without any campus selection and references. And now I'm happy to say you I am an engineer in world largest almn company and getting salary much more than Indian PM. Up to till I visited about thirteen country. Never I feel it's happen by luck. Everything happened by my own hard work and struggle. So I want to advice you, don't think on your past. Always you should think on right on direction. And keep it out from your mind about bad thinks of engineering. Just think you hv not a god gifted luck. So you should always try to do to much struggle, because you hv god in different view of parent. Bhai Engineering courses needed full-time dedication of your time. If you think C was made up while he was doing some other jobs. Then you are wrong. You can be an anthropologist and a leader at the same time. But in the Engineering field, you need full-time dedication. Both skills and theories are important to make up the fundamentals. Everyone knows that five plus five is ten. But few can explain this thing in various forms. The depth of study matter here. Hope you got it.
I just suggest to keep ur mindset positive and think about where you are comfortable. If u are interested in non technical sector, go for that. If you want to make a career in IT, try for institutes like CDEC which provides good opportunity. Keep patience and keep on trying. It applies on all fields, not just engineering.
I agree bro.. Electronics and communications is not that good trade ... Neither are the teachers good in college nor the syllabus is according to industry requirements.. Further there are very few companies which allow work in core sector .. Most are forced to do software programming which is mostly irrelevant to electronics course ... Bro just try for small companies in broadcast sector in delhi which have some demand for ECE graduates .. It will help you get job soon

it is easy to get a job for engineers. but it is our problem that we do not have technical skills and engineering study is all about technical skills .our education system plays a vital role on us for not getting a decent job. every industries want a technical guru . and for that we r doomed.

Dude I am a diploma civil engineer.. not B.tech like u .... I have not completed my Higher secondary education due to my family financial problem.. got admission in Polytechnic after 10 th exam.. work really hard to get good score.. i think it's really tough for a just 10th pass candidate to clear the whole paper of 1 st year subject where they taught us whole H.S Science and also some portion of B.Sc maths... But fortunately I managed.. and I tell you after passed out from Polytechnic I have never spent a single day jobless... Presently I am working in State Government organization(permanent staff) as a Junior Engineer and I am happy with that. So my advice is not blame any course or not demotivate anyone to doing any course... All are depends on us... In college they only prepare for WAR...after then it's your turn to make yourself a self esteemed warrior and win the war... Noone can stop your except you...

Guys who are out there in TIER 3 ENGINEERING COLLEGES. Don't get demotivated after watching such videos, work hard and smart. Competitive programming can land you in best of MNC's. IF coding is not your cup of tea, then prepare for GATE. You got nothing to lose now guys, experiment different skills and find a way. Don;t want to say anything, but in 12th if you work hard regularly, maybe 4 hours after your classes, you can get into a really realy good nit, iiit, and even iit. Most people who give JEE while away their youth, and I was just saved by my rank. Just remember, ya to abhi padhke struggle karlo, ya puri life. Indian situation is not getting improved any time soon, so it makes more sense to improve yourself.
Agree !! I've been finding a job since 1.5 year.... I leaned C , embedded C , VHDL and plc scada automation...I Wested more than 1 lakhs....I am still job less and now going Canada by wasting more than 20 lakhs

He has amazing skills and since you are doing a technical degree you should understand that you have to be extra ordinary.. you need to have skills, nobody's is gonna hire you and pay for nothing to extract from your end. I am a CSE pursuing student and he despite of being an electronics pass out has more CSE knowledge than me. We engineers have to understand that we will have to increase our domain of knowledge and stop acting like kids in college.
And we will have to work hard+smart regardless of what course we do.

Bhai ye jo line hai "Mai chahta hu mera beta engineer bane". Isne bahut ladko ki zindagi barbaad ki hai. And those guys ommiting knowledge over here will not understand until & unless they had experienced it. After all it is well said, "Jakey pair na phatey bewai so kaa janey peer parai". I also had suffered this fucking problem, my maths was like, I anyhow passed class 12th; that too I had opted, after my matriculation under the pressure of my "baap". And after 12th falls the nuclear bomb named "The Holy Engineering". Now I have revolted & took my own path. I have message for those boys & girls who are in 12th this year don't get under pressure of your gaurdians if you feel that you can't do well with maths/engineering, just "Revolt", please don't ruin your life like us.
If someone is from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college, then he must start preparing for competitive exams like SSC CGL, Bank PO, CDS etc. Relying completely on college for placements is a foolish move. You always have to have a Plan B if Plan A doesn't work out

( I am an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER- LPS, Earthing and Lightning system design and AutoCAD Designer- If anyone has interest in it, I will try to help you as possible as).
If u r still jobless, I suggest u go to ur home and prepare for SSC or IBPS.. This will be better. Then u also save money of ur parents as it costs about Rs.8k to stay in Banglore. When u will stay in home n prepare then u will fill like u r earning those Rs.8k and preparing for some much greater job than those BPO jobs. And don't get so much frusted,because everyone goes through such situations and find some good ways without complaining others for their failure inspite of himself. I think,u should watch Sandeep Mahiswary's Motivational videos and get some strength to do something better.

India produce more than 1.5 million Engineer every year. And jobs are about 0.1 million every year, which are also reducing year by year. So there will 1.4 jobless Engineer every year. Don't go for the job instead make a small group and create jobs for other. I know it's not easy to start a startup but its easy than living a frustrating life. Life is not that easy don't let frustration to rule your life.
I agree with your only one thought which is "you should select your profession as per your self" otherwise you should have to change your bad thinking about engineering. I think one and only engineering is the evergreen field. My friend just I want to share my own situation for you only. I m also frm bihar and during my education time my parents have not enough money to pay for engineering fee. But that time I have only an ambition to do engineering. Even my father directly neglect to take any loan. There I started struggle for money collection by myself. It was the very rememberable moment of my life and I never forget it. Which is I can't explain you in this comment. But There after I finished my engineering and I got a job as per my talent without any campus selection and references. And now I'm happy to say you I am an engineer in world largest almn company and getting salary much more than Indian PM. Up to till I visited about thirteen country. Never I feel it's happen by luck. Everything happened by my own hard work and struggle. So I want to advice you, don't think on your past. Always you should think on right on direction. And keep it out from your mind about bad thinks of engineering. Just think you hv not a god gifted luck. So you should always try to do to much struggle, because you hv god in different view of parent. Bhai Engineering courses needed full-time dedication of your time. If you think C was made up while he was doing some other jobs. Then you are wrong. You can be an anthropologist and a leader at the same time. But in the Engineering field, you need full-time dedication.
Both skills and theories are important to make up the fundamentals.
Everyone knows that five plus five is ten.
But few can explain this thing in various forms. The depth of study matter here. Hope you got it.
I just suggest to keep ur mindset positive and think about where you are comfortable. If u are interested in non technical sector, go for that. If you want to make a career in IT, try for institutes like CDEC which provides good opportunity. Keep patience and keep on trying. It applies on all fields, not just engineering.

Further there are very few companies which allow work in core sector .. Most are forced to do software programming which is mostly irrelevant to electronics course ... it is easy to get a job for engineers. but it is our problem that we do not have technical skills and engineering study is all about technical skills .our education system plays a vital role on us for not getting a decent job. every industries want a technical guru . and for that we r doomed.

Dude I am a diploma civil engineer.. not B.tech like u .... I have not completed my Higher secondary education due to my family financial problem.. got admission in Polytechnic after 10 th exam.. work really hard to get good score.. i think it's really tough for a just 10th pass candidate to clear the whole paper of 1 st year subject where they taught us whole H.S Science and also some portion of B.Sc maths... But fortunately I managed.. and I tell you after passed out from Polytechnic I have never spent a single day jobless... Presently I am working in State Government organization(permanent staff) as a Junior Engineer and I am happy with that.
So my advice is not blame any course or not demotivate anyone to doing any course... All are depends on us... In college they only prepare for WAR...after then it's your turn to make yourself a self esteemed warrior and win the war... Noone can stop your except you...

if you could not get job then do not panic but tray skill using your small privet work and than slowly slowly you will be grip in business. because as per my experience i am also b.com but i am currently technical work like electric, electronics, computer hardware engineering work in my own business however b.com because this is not related b.com job but when i was studying b.com that time same time i was learning privet cores of electronics tv. tape, repairing and assembling, after b.com i am completed computer hardware cores , now i have big group of customer of technical work ,

Bro even I got frustrated during engg. infact I did engg. in ECE itself and even I m jobless after graduation but never give up buddy. In fact my case is worse than urs. I did engg for 5 years coz my university has a year back system. Always tell ur heart "all is well" it will motivate u to do something better everyday.😊😊
Infact don't worry what ppl say. Just dump ur resume in linkdn do courses in whatever u r interested like sql or java etc. Keep updating resume. And also do prepare for public sector exams like bank, railways, defence etc. simultaneously. I tell u, in this u can overcome ur frustration, enrich ur skills. Jobs will automatically come

1. aapke agar subject pe aachi knowlege hai jis bhi branch me aap parhe ho, GATE likho, uski tayari karo. itna saha hai na thora aur saho. itni acchi perecntage agar hai to GATE ke lie ek sal me ache se tayar ho jaoge, M.tech karoge to naye darwaze khulenge.
2. CDS, AFCAT, SSC, aise exams sal me do bar hote hai jo unko do , unko crack karne ki koshish karo, job bhi achi hai salary bhi .
3. Ye jo skills wali bat hai ye sb sekhna chachte ho agr to in institues me jane ki bjae internet pe youtube pe bare sare chaannels hain unse sikh sakte ho.

2013 me gate ki tyari suru ki apne dosto ke sath, 2014 me gate clear nhi hua, ek sal aur kia tayri 2015 me gate clear hua uska iit kharagpur me hai wo mtech kar rha hai. 2014 se usko har mahine 21k milte h M.tech karne ke. job ka to nhi pata agle sal pata chalega milegi ki nahi, par ab wo kush rehta hai frustated nahi dikhta aur 20 k hi shi par kuch to kamata hai. fees bhi bahaot kam jati hai uski. for refence, apne jitne me btech kia hoga privte se usme wo 4 bar mtech kar lega.
Frustrate na hoye, ham jaise gaon se uth kar upar uthne walo ko thora rona to parega hi kya kare kismat hai aisi.

Don;t want to say anything, but in 12th if you work hard regularly, maybe 4 hours after your classes, you can get into a really realy good nit, iiit, and even iit. Most people who give JEE while away their youth, and I was just saved by my rank. Just remember, ya to abhi padhke struggle karlo, ya puri life. Indian situation is not getting improved any time soon, so it makes more sense to improve yourself.

Agree !! I've been finding a job since 1.5 year.... I leaned C , embedded C , VHDL and plc scada automation...I Wested more than 1 lakhs....I am still job less and now going Canada by wasting more than 20 lakhs
