Hey man, first of all: I love your work and tutorials. I'm have a question about the second effect in this video, the blue/purple one. How do you create the wavey lines at the top outside of the cilinder. The curves that rotate around. Is that also a particle system? Or is it something different?
Or is it a particle system with trails? Or a cilinder with a shader and rotating texture? But then how would you make the lines move independently? I have so many questions! 😊

@@bflaz8620 Yeah definitely. Unreal can make great Game VFX. Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, this kind of software are mostly used to generate "Cinematic VFX". One is Real-Time visual effects (Games), the other is Pre-Rendered visual effects (Movies). But Games also have pre-rendered elements too. Anyway, good luck!
