Jules I have calibrated so many times my cuts are still off. Cricut should work more on their software to improve such as our cutout results and how buggy DS can be. Their concept for the air2 and Maker are fab until customer results fall short of fab results.

I am looking for help, I tried calibrating by maker machine but it's not detecting the cutter. I am using the premium fine point blade. Can I do the calibration with this blade or do I need to use one of the others. I have done the rotary blade without any problem.

I need a video for people only on mobile! I don’t have those settings cause I can’t use a computer (internet not good enough) I use my iPad. Any tips or know of anyone else that does tutorials for those like me :(
@@MakersGonnaLearn What paper would you think to select for print & cut vinyl... My printer of course doesn't have vinyl as a choice... Maybe glossy pic paper would be close???

Never happened to us!! Are the papers the same finish? That can have a lot to do with it! Make sure your 80lb cardstock isn't for laser printers or has a glossy finish! Both of those things can cause issues with the Cricut sensor recognizing the registration marks :)
I wouldn't say "any" because quality matters. Some lower priced, lower quality devices are not compatible with Cricut Design Space. You can use a wide variety of devices like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Just do your research and make sure the one you're wanting to purchase is compatible.

it will not. This is just an example of a way you can make your print then cuts better quality.
The printers suggested are really hard to come by, both sold out at many places. Do you know if they are dated models and perhaps a newer rec?
Any inkjet printer will work well :) Don't spend an arm and a leg on one. Find one you like!
