1 cup oil
2 onions
1/2 cup desi ghee/ oil
1/2 kg mutton/ chicken
10-12 pepper corns
5-6 cloves
5-6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 star anise
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/3 tsp mace powder
1/3 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
3/4 cup yogurt
18-20 cashews/ almonds paste
1 tsp kewra water
