My take on a traditional qipao, this dress pays homage to my Chinese roots. It features a mandarin collar and cap sleeves, fitted silhouette with a slit opening in the front. Swapping out frog buttons for Snap buttons and adding gathers at the waist, this dress adds interest and illusion to a shapely waist. The piping around the Collar and Front Opening allows for a pop of colour, if that’s what you want.
Difficulty level: Intermediate to Advanced
