“What a neckline!” Is what I thought when I finally put this dress on. This dress definitely highlights your décolletage but at the same time, there’s something sweet and romantic about the neckline. A long tie sash at the waist is ready for a nice bow at the back and the tiered voluminous skirt gives drama and some vintage vibes. Cap sleeves and a partial slit opening at the back makes this dress very summer friendly! Side pockets are included.
