Custom 4-Lane Elevating Conveyor System for Orienting Reflector Sticks

This custom conveyor system is designed to handle four types of reflector parts of varying size and color. It starts by singulating the reflectors using four elevating Z-frame conveyors. The parts then move through chutes to another conveyor, where a selector with sensors ensures that the reflective side is facing up, rejecting any that are upside down. The reflectors are then accelerated through a confinement area and discharged via four lanes. Operating at a rate of 30 parts per minute (PPM), this system ensures efficient and accurate part handling.
