i don’t know what’s personally going through your head, so I don’t want to say I know how you’re feeling, but I’ve been in your situation a lot of people say that there’s a light at the end of a tunnel, or that the storm will stop eventually but a lot of the times it feels like it never will i like to believe one day the storm will stop for me, and i hope it’ll stop for you one day too it’s cheesy to say but it helps me have a little bit a hope and I hope it gives you hope too hopefully we can both make it to the other side of that tunnel together :)

I remembered that three years ago, I was stressed out because I couldn't fit in my high school life and I had a really hard time then. Yet, when I came across the video named "it's going to be Okay" provided by your team, I was comforted and able to face all the upcoming challenges. Three years after, although I past the first stage of the entrance exam to college, I was recently struggled with the many files, documents, and autobiographies that I have to upload, I really need to make sure that they are quite close to perfection because I really want to fight for myself this time. And when I felt quite anxious toward the uncertainty and the tiredness, this video just pop out on my playlist, and I was so calmed and chilled after listening to this, and feeling that I was capable of managing all my work. Remember peeps your going to have really really bad days. Like some of these days are going to test your will to live and it’s going to feel like your the only one out here dealing with the crap the world shoved on you. I’m sorry things are shitty. I’m sorry your dreams aren’t coming true right now or that person just doesn’t notice how much you love them. It just hurts all the time. But when you get home at night or after a long day just look up towards that ceiling and say “it’s going to be alright”. It helps a little bit
2022/3/12 I’m not dead, surprisingly. Sure, I got detained, but I’m still alive. I got suspended for a week and am now on my 3rd week of school after such. I’m still sick from that situation and feel as if I have a frog in my throat. I’m headed to Seattle in a few days. A few years ago, I was involved in a harsh car accident there. No one died, but I was basically traumatized (mentally, I was even scared on the way home). I’ve since recovered and I’ve decided to go again. This time.. I hope it’ll be a good trip. Wish me luck.

"it's going to be alright" is something I've needed to hear for a while but I have to hide the fact that I need to hear it because if I let my family know that I need to hear that all they want to do is know why and if I don't want to talk about it or if I can't figure out how to put it into words they get upset at me and make it worse so I fake being happy all the time. I open up to my friends and they give me comfort but they can't always be there for me cause they are busy people, taking hard classes and in sports and all that. If I'm talking to my parents about what's making me upset and I'm thinking of how to word it they get mad and start yelling at me because to them my face says "you're an idiot" when really I'm just trying to say it in a way that makes sense. Also if I try to watch my tone so I don't accidentally give them an "attitude" they get even more upset because I'm talking too slow and using complicated words when me using those complicated words is my way of showing them respect. I tried to tell them how I think and how my brain operates but they won't listen to a word I say about it. It's a losing battle and I don't like playing them so I keep to myself. My dad is a very social person but I'd rather stay inside, I once told him socializing with people and even just going to Walmart makes me tired, and he said "no you're not" and my resting face looks kind of angry or sad, my dad told me I need to stop making that face and when I told him that's my resting face he got mad at me and said, "you need to change your face". Not gonna lie, but it's been extremely hard for me recently. Today, after looking at advice and reassurance from people, I'm making the choice to be strong and move on. Went through a drastic heartbreak last month, and it really did take a lot of mental energy to process unsolved feelings and thoughts, to calm down my anxiety, and a lot more. But today, I'm doing better than a month ago. My partner and I went through long distance, and over time it just was stressful to keep. It hurt to let go, still does, but looking back, I'm glad it happened. If you're also going through a breakup, know you're not alone. Don't doubt your feelings, and as difficult as it is, move on. You don't have to hate them or look back with regret, but do it with grace. It's okay to grieve, but the world keeps spinning and time won't wait for you to get back on your feet. When you're ready, get back up and you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel. I promise you, there is one even if you can't see it.

I love this. The music picked out feels just right, and the animation is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of late August summer evenings, sitting on a rooftop in Tokyo with a melon soda in hand as you stare out at the city and the moon and the stars and feel the ultimate satisfaction of knowing that you’re finally in the right place in your life. I'm 17 and I literally feel like I'm losing my mind. My dad has B12 deficiency and I'm thinking maybe that is what is causing my symptoms, idk. I've been in some sort of pain or discomfort almost on a daily basis for the past 5 years now, but everytime I try to get help I'm always told that I'm fine. I've contemplated suicide, but ik I won't do it bc I have too much anxiety and killing yourself isn't really seen as socially acceptable. I just want help.

Its 4am and I can't sleep. It's been hard, but I keep trying everyday to get to a better place. When I'm laying in bed at night, that's when the thoughts don't have a distraction to block them from flooding my mind. I'm tired of working so hard for what seems like nothing. I know that isn't true though and these thoughts soon will pass and life will move on and I'll feel happiness again between the lows. Happiness isn't a constant state we can live in at all times but it will always come back to you and show you why this world is beautiful and worth living and experiencing. The little things in every single day are what matter. When the sky is full of fluffy big clouds, when a cup of coffee tastes good, when your dog or cat snuggles up to you, or a good calming playlist to just breath and relax to. It's going to be alright.

My eating disorder has taken a sudden turn for the worse and it's gotten everyone on edge... we're going to try new things to see if that will help but if I don't eat probably everything alone with my eating is going to start going down...it's been 3 day since I've eaten probably and it's taking its toll. As all stories mine has its good things and it's terrible twists, "it's going to be alright", probably I hope that is true, there are times in your life that are going to be tough, hard to deal with, but well there are not impossible to overcome, each person has its own story, their failures and their victories, the point is to learn from those failures, and not repeating them again.

I remembered that three years ago, I was stressed out because I couldn't fit in my high school life and I had a really hard time then. Yet, when I came across the video named "it's going to be Okay" provided by your team, I was comforted and able to face all the upcoming challenges. Three years after, although I past the first stage of the entrance exam to college, I was recently struggled with the many files, documents, and autobiographies that I have to upload, I really need to make sure that they are quite close to perfection because I really want to fight for myself this time. And when I felt quite anxious toward the uncertainty and the tiredness, this video just pop out on my playlist, and I was so calmed and chilled after listening to this, and feeling that I was capable of managing all my work. Remember peeps your going to have really really bad days. Like some of these days are going to test your will to live and it’s going to feel like your the only one out here dealing with the crap the world shoved on you. I’m sorry things are shitty. I’m sorry your dreams aren’t coming true right now or that person just doesn’t notice how much you love them. It just hurts all the time. But when you get home at night or after a long day just look up towards that ceiling and say “it’s going to be alright”. It helps a little bit

I’m not dead, surprisingly.
Sure, I got detained, but I’m still alive. I got suspended for a week and am now on my 3rd week of school after such. I’m still sick from that situation and feel as if I have a frog in my throat.
I’m headed to Seattle in a few days. A few years ago, I was involved in a harsh car accident there. No one died, but I was basically traumatized (mentally, I was even scared on the way home). I’ve since recovered and I’ve decided to go again. This time.. I hope it’ll be a good trip. Wish me luck.

"it's going to be alright" is something I've needed to hear for a while but I have to hide the fact that I need to hear it because if I let my family know that I need to hear that all they want to do is know why and if I don't want to talk about it or if I can't figure out how to put it into words they get upset at me and make it worse so I fake being happy all the time. I open up to my friends and they give me comfort but they can't always be there for me cause they are busy people, taking hard classes and in sports and all that. If I'm talking to my parents about what's making me upset and I'm thinking of how to word it they get mad and start yelling at me because to them my face says "you're an idiot" when really I'm just trying to say it in a way that makes sense. Also if I try to watch my tone so I don't accidentally give them an "attitude" they get even more upset because I'm talking too slow and using complicated words when me using those complicated words is my way of showing them respect. I tried to tell them how I think and how my brain operates but they won't listen to a word I say about it. It's a losing battle and I don't like playing them so I keep to myself. My dad is a very social person but I'd rather stay inside, I once told him socializing with people and even just going to Walmart makes me tired, and he said "no you're not" and my resting face looks kind of angry or sad, my dad told me I need to stop making that face and when I told him that's my resting face he got mad at me and said, "you need to change your face". Not gonna lie, but it's been extremely hard for me recently. Today, after looking at advice and reassurance from people, I'm making the choice to be strong and move on. Went through a drastic heartbreak last month, and it really did take a lot of mental energy to process unsolved feelings and thoughts, to calm down my anxiety, and a lot more. But today, I'm doing better than a month ago. My partner and I went through long distance, and over time it just was stressful to keep. It hurt to let go, still does, but looking back, I'm glad it happened. If you're also going through a breakup, know you're not alone. Don't doubt your feelings, and as difficult as it is, move on. You don't have to hate them or look back with regret, but do it with grace. It's okay to grieve, but the world keeps spinning and time won't wait for you to get back on your feet. When you're ready, get back up and you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel. I promise you, there is one even if you can't see it.

I'm 17 and I literally feel like I'm losing my mind. My dad has B12 deficiency and I'm thinking maybe that is what is causing my symptoms, idk. I've been in some sort of pain or discomfort almost on a daily basis for the past 5 years now, but everytime I try to get help I'm always told that I'm fine. I've contemplated suicide, but ik I won't do it bc I have too much anxiety and killing yourself isn't really seen as socially acceptable. I just want help.

Its 4am and I can't sleep. It's been hard, but I keep trying everyday to get to a better place. When I'm laying in bed at night, that's when the thoughts don't have a distraction to block them from flooding my mind. I'm tired of working so hard for what seems like nothing. I know that isn't true though and these thoughts soon will pass and life will move on and I'll feel happiness again between the lows. Happiness isn't a constant state we can live in at all times but it will always come back to you and show you why this world is beautiful and worth living and experiencing. The little things in every single day are what matter. When the sky is full of fluffy big clouds, when a cup of coffee tastes good, when your dog or cat snuggles up to you, or a good calming playlist to just breath and relax to. It's going to be alright.
I really hope everything will be alright, I have finals this week and am praying that I pass them all.

My eating disorder has taken a sudden turn for the worse and it's gotten everyone on edge... we're going to try new things to see if that will help but if I don't eat probably everything alone with my eating is going to start going down...it's been 3 day since I've eaten probably and it's taking its toll. I can feel everything start to tumble down, this has really helped me. Just to see someone say "it's going to be alright" has make me feel a lot better so I thank you

As all stories mine has its good things and it's terrible twists, "it's going to be alright", probably I hope that is true, there are times in your life that are going to be tough, hard to deal with, but well there are not impossible to overcome, each person has its own story, their failures and their victories, the point is to learn from those failures, and not repeating them again.
