Day 12:
[Penny and Dave Enter]
Dave: I'm noticing a lot more zombies on the horizon than usual.
Penny: We appear to have gotten on the leader's radar.
Penny: This is bad. My engines are nowhere near ready.
Dave: We're going up against their Leader?
Penny: Scanners show: The Elder Hailstorm.
Penny: A hero to his people, the acquirer of brains.
Penny: An avalanche fighter and the king of the tribe.
Penny: Danger Level: High.
Dave: This is the first time we're fighting off a zombie horde not lead by Boss Man, right?
Penny: Just because they're not lead by Zomboss doesn't mean they're any less dangerous.
Penny: If anything, they're more unpredictable. I've documented all of Zomboss's patterns.
Penny: We're going in blind here.
Dave: So it's leader a leader here, huh?
Dave: Let's make him evolve backwards!
Day 13:
[Penny and Dave Enter]
Penny: User Dave, I've got lots of good news!
Penny: First of all, my engines are 75% repaired!
Penny: Secondly, Elder Hailstorm and his cronies have retreated!
Dave: That's odd, I swear I've seen some zombies still approaching?
Penny: I'll do a quick scan.
Penny: *scanning*
Penny: You appear to be correct, User Dave.
Penny: This is most unusual. Their leader has been defeated.
Penny: They should have all retreated and left us alone.
Dave: Do you think they're just that hungry?
Penny: Even if they were, they'd still follow the orders of their leader.
Penny: Stranger more... there's a brand new type of evolved zombie.
Dave: Again!?
Penny: The Weasel Queen will summon Permafrost Weasels who are even more durable.
Penny: Once her log is broken, she will yodel for even further weasel support.
Dave: Now this just plainly doesn't make any sense!
Dave: If I know zombies, which I do, they'd have stopped at this point!
Dave: Maybe do a dance party too, but sending in new troops?
Dave: That's just plain kooky!
Penny: Indeed. It defies all previously encountered patterns.
Penny: I'll run analysis, in the meantime, these zombies should be fended off.
Dave: We should use Flameweed, he's got quite an itching for torching zombie weasels!
Day 14:
[Penny and Dave Enter]
Penny: User Dave, something quite unprecedented has happened!
Penny: We appear to have gotten a stone tablet letter from the zombie tribe.
Dave: Oh. Well, that's quite normal, we've gotten loads of those.
Penny: Not like this one.
Penny: It's written in a very poorly constructed primitive language, but I believe I can translate it.
Penny: *beep*
Penny: "Me Elder Hailstorm! I order writing and delivering of this letter!"
Penny: "The attack from yesterday not from us. Me find you not as prey anymore."
Penny: "Me apologize for attacking."
Penny: "Me respect you when find who you are."
Penny: "We have problem in tribe!"
Penny: "Our old bad leader return. Divide happen."
Penny: "Me stand by my people. We not allow big brain zombie to retake leader."
Penny: "Cowards from tribe joined his side, rest of us hiding."
Penny: "Attacks for you continuing from them."
Penny: "Help the tribe Me ask. We not want serve bad leader again."
Penny: *end of letter*
Dave: Woah.
Penny: This is unprecedented. We have been asked for aid by a zombie group.
Dave: From the guys that Boss Man abandoned?
Penny: Indeed. This is most unusual.
Penny: Moreover, it seems Zomboss is back.
Penny: The zombies still attacking us are from the tribe, but they switched sides once Zomboss returned.
Dave: This is too crazy even for me!
Penny: It seems Zomboss hasn't noticed we're here yet.
Penny: I'll calculate our next plan of action.

When you upload a video analysing every plant in wild west in pvz2c?
Fun fact! PVZ 1 and 2’s hypno Sheron almanac entry states that hypnosis is just convincing the zombies to join you. The shroom and Cauli are just great debaters. However, they cannot truly hypnotize, which is referenced in the fact hypnoshroom can’t make zombies click like chickens. So in the boss level, the Chief isn’t canonically mind controlled, but convinced to fight on the plant side, or rather against Zomboss.

The troglobites during the boss battle are probably there to stop hypnotized zombies from staking and killing zomboss too easly

day 20 was atrocious before they nerfed it. Zomboss kept spamming red tornados and as soon as I broke his ice barrier, he covered himself back up instantly. Nonetheless, it is a unique Zomboss fight and I love it

hey so, from experience, the unnerfed zomboss fight was brutal! it sent you so many more elite zombies, and the elite weasel hoarder and the constant freezing from shellshock and chief made weasels run through your defense and you couldn’t really do anything against it, I lost all my mowers but one on my winning attempt to weasels being timed with a full lane freeze, and I lost 3 other attempts because of it, I’m glad they nerfed it honestly, and I’m glad to see other people enjoy the realm, because I wish the update released before I beat it, so I could have too :
How can modders do a 100 times better making a world put pop cap can't make a good level in pvz 3
Ikr, it's not that hard to listen to the concerns of your players. I get that they want money but, adding just a bit of passion and listening could give them more money plus general likability
The level design is the least of our problems. That game is ugly AF. I have seen shitty knockoffs with better art than pvz3

it kinda feels like a missed opportunity to not use the Frostbite Caves Resurgence theme at all.
It's a remix, but I do feel some people don't like the mixing of that theme

- Your boss fight i would not consider unlucky. My boss fight in phase 2 3 he really love spamming the red wind, and the ginormous amount of Garg is horrible
- btw, pre nerf Boss Fight is pretty horrendous (to me at least): Phase 1 attack and summon zombie frequently and Phase 2 3 Red Wind Hell Spam. Elder pre-nerf didnt calls conehead

16:46 the reason why was so easy to you is that you actually used the sliders in your favor, instead of going for the symmetry like all PVZ players do 😅
Well this is still symmetrical, I just decided to put the Sun-shrooms instead of more firepower.
I mostly die and suffer at the miniboss fight (pre nerf) because of Hailstorm constantly spawning Triglogbites and pushing blocks that kills both my attackers and eco, decided to spam flame weed and it actually made the level significantly easier by making them unable to push or interact with them. In short
Flameweed is broken
Looking at this again, the Torchwood is a trap. It was the damn Charred Zombies which kept blocking the plants' attacks. Flag didn't use the Torchwood much so the Charred zombies die fast.
I like how this realm has a little more story involved but it's actually interesting unlike PvZ3's history

Imagine making a game that garnered a good fanbase, then try to make a second installment but fails but the fans make mods and fan games that does extremely well? I would cry and leave the company right then and there.
