What is the difference between setup and monitor

set up will set up the instrument method where you can change flow parameters. monitor will set it up but its monitoring the baseline for pressure and will not let you change the flow parameters. (like if you saw a bubble in a line and wanted to increase the flow to 3ml/min from 1.5 you would not be able to do that in monitor mode)
