3/8 is equal to 9.5mm ..much better kung isukat mo yung lapad ng bolt sa drill bit. sa mga hardware sir once you buy the dynabolt alam na nila size ng drill bit.
you just need to make sure that the dynabolt fits exactly or a little stiff so all the dynabolts would easily turn and properly screw. what do you mean extra thing?

it depends on the bit there are bits, that has larger tip with smaller bottom that would fit on small drill/small chuck. like yours. as long as it will fit. it will work but would take some time depending on the drill. or I suggest, use a bigger drill that has hammer for an easy work.
