I could easily imagine Daredevil in this game with a moveset distinctive enough from Spidey tbh, there's his radar sense for one but you could also get really creative with his billy clubs by using them as ricochet projectiles or to wrangle enemies up
Maybe he can get wall hacks with his radar sense
I believe Cap, Thor, Venom, and Ultron were leaked so that’s exciting.

Not sure if you've discovered this yet, but i learned about manual swinging from this reddit comment and it changed my life:
"Friendly Neighborhood #1 Spider-Man Here, tired of clunky swinging? running into walls while swinging? go to keyboard > choose hero > spider-man
turn on mechanical swinging and hold to swing, this UNLOCKS a feature for swinging where you can zip to the anchor point of your web, you just slightly hold you swing key and you’ll zip to it. this makes your swinging web have USER AIM, making YOU Spider-Man. not the game controlling your swinging.

Sure as hell tried though, glad I didn’t make it actually now that I know about that.
genuinely can't wait for all the other playable characters and see how they work, like venom, the ff, Cloak and Dagger and most of all... Jeff. This is easily like going to be one of the biggest rosters of a pvp game if they keep on adding more characters (holding out for nightcrawler)

Ideas to make spidey better, some rapid fire webs similar to punisher's guns, also I think his ultimate is lacking a bit, perhaps make spider sense his ultimate instead. It could have the ability to automatic dodge a few attacks while increasing spider man's speed, dps and giving aim bot for a short time. Lastly he could have spectacular spin as a double input ending his ulti.
if the game is this good in alpha I cant wait to see how good it is when it gets fully released
I don’t remember correctly, but there’s an option in Spidey’s settings that let you actually AIM at where you wanna web swing off of instead of it just choosing the nearest web point, so you can swing a lot better, and even probably more effectively and strategically.
About the skins there’s most likely a good few more skins already made or being worked on and they just left them out for the alpha same with like maps and characters they aren’t showing everything yet we also know captain America is gonna be a base roster character on release or maybe if they do a open beta he’ll be in that but we know he will be there because the symbol for vanguard characters (tanks) is literally captain America’s shield so we know he’s a vanguard also I’m pretty sure moon knight was confirmed or leaked there’s a bunch of other ones leaked if anyone wants to look that up themselves
My friend pointed out that they should’ve called this game “Marvel Secret Wars” and now I will forever be annoyed by the fact they didn’t call it that
For characters with healing factors like Wolverine maybe have it where u can only stun them after taking away a certain amount of health. Like a cooldown for them to heal before being able to fight

Man I wish the default Spider-Man costume looked better it looks like a new 52'd version of the ASM suit (a suit that already didn't look that good to begin with)
I NEED to see how they would do gambit in this game, the character who's entire gimmick is throwing exploding cards seems like a no brainier

Hey Psm, idk if you know this but you can turn off swing assist in this game, making it so you have to aim your webs. In my opinion this makes the spidey gameplay way more fun as you can even zip to walls and stuff while in small confined buildings.
I like the mostly blue outfit for Spider-Man.
Not as much as other outfits but like it isn't bad in my opinion.
I feel like maybe the reason Cap isn't here is for the same reason you stated you don't think DD would work, like- he has the shield, but once that's throw you gotta wait for it to come back and outside like- being able to hide behind it he doesn't really offer any interesting gameplay possibilities. However! Maybe Bucky Cap? Since he's known to carry a pistol? Then you'd have the two different projectiles, plus like a shield buff item to help you tank hits?

you should watch Necros, he's really good at Spider-Man and found some cool combos/animation cancels
As a tip there’s a setting to turn off automatic web swinging, it makes swinging feel way more natural!!
Hey dunno if you know this but they updated the marvel rivals Spider-Man to look more like the classic look. It would be cool next update video you make about the game you could quickly go over it with your thoughts

I know a lot of people don’t like micro transactions and different skin unlocks behind paywalls for characters but I think this is the one game where they can do that and not make it feel scummy they can just pull out a alternate suit from the comics and have it as a suit option for a character for like 5$ and everyone will be happy
