Hello Pai, can you please give me some stir fry recipe with peanut sauce??? PLEASE, my girlfriend is Thai too, so I want to Surprise her with something like that, as i know she love stir fry and even more peanuts. Thank you so much😊😁☺️
There is a Spanish dish my father used to make all the time which is basically this without the sauce. It's always cool to see how different cultures from different sides of the planet come up with the same flavor combinations (i.e. green beans + garlic and pepper = awesomeness).
Usually you find that most regions/countries/peoples that live on the same latitudal line or close to the same latitudal line usually have extremely similar cuisines and tastes as well as types of foods like fruits and veggies and the same sort of flavors and tastes in their cuisines which I thought was really really neat personally but check it out look at where you are on the latitudal line or any place with a cuisine you are familiar with and trace the latitude line all the way around the globe and see what cuisines are similar or extremely close to the cuisine you already are familiar with! It's really cool and fun to see how our cultures and cuisines tie together based solely off of where we're located on the this planet
One knows a good chef when she can make the most boring of ingredience taste absolutely fabulous yet simple dish darling and never thought in a million years a plate of green beans could be fabulous let alone make my mouth water. I can see why you opened a restaurant - I would've totally love to go to resturant like yours you put so much love into your dish and you are my go to for authentic Thai cuisine cooking girl friend and so healthy too -legend!
Howdy Pailin, After finding enough beans in the garden for a side dish for leftovers I went to my favorite reference. "Hot Thai Kitchen" but didn't find a stir fry for green beans. So, I went to my back-up. Sure enough, your channel came through. Absolutely perfect sauce! Step daughter ate nearly the entire plate. Thank you so much. I can understand the comfort feel of this dish. Eric
Success! I tried this recipe with green beans, Maggi, mushroom soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, garlic, and Tai chili. So good! Thank you Pai. Perfect when your craving something small and light but tasty.
Pailin, I just discovered your cooking videos. I love the food, your presentation -- everything! Thank you for encouraging everyone to cook/eat healthful foods. I can't wait to try some of your delectable dishes in my own kitchen!
Salted duck egg is the best cooked egg ever, I always thought It means for topping or side dish only. Now I know how to taste it way better, thank's for the recipe
I love that you share how much you love Thailand food even though you are not there!?!? When you move back to Thailand would it be a channel about Canadian food?
You should be on T.V. Rachael Ray...LOOKOUT. Honestly, there is nothing missing in your eyes, smile, personality, enthusiasm, or presentation. For all I know you're already there!
Hi! Pailin, before I found your recipe of long bean stir fry, I already got a recipe of stir fry beans. It looks dry so I decided to search for another recipe and this is it ! that I'm looking for stir fry beans with some sauce. I ♥️ it. Your recipe is great. I'll cook it today. I'm glad I have complete ingredients ready to cook. Thank you for sharing mouth watering recipe of beans. 😋🙏God bless.
Love your style of cooking , simple don't take up much time to prepare n food turns out so delicious ( have tried cooking few of your dishes ) and your English, it's easy to understand 👍 👍👍
Super....Everytime I see these green veggies recipes on your channel.. Immediately after the video I am running to the Vegetables market ... And here I go again to get the beans.....🏃🏃😊😊
I'd already planned to have this dish tonight. I just wish I had some duck eggs and surprisingly enough some Chinese sausage for the flavour. Not too much. And Pai, you said your Grandmother used pork. Another great video.
Here in the Philippines its Adobong Sitaw.. the sauce is vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.. but same procedure... only now I'll add salted egg ( itlog na maalat) 😋😋
This looks so delicious. I don’t eat duck eggs, salted or otherwise but I think I heard you mention pork as an option. Would you recommend sliced or ground pork or would a regular boiled egg be a good substitute too?
Hi Adam here - and good question! If you want to ask her that one directly though rather that put it out to the community (as she doesn't see the comments on here once the post is more than a week old as per her note above), you can check out all the options to get hold of her at hot-thai-kitchen.com/contact . I've seen long beans at the Asian grocery store near my house but I have been afraid to try them (well, I didn't know how to cook them! lol). I'll definitely be giving them a try now! Thanks for the recipe!
A wonderful recipe! Thank you, Pai! I know some food-loving Italian Americans, who love these Asian long beans sautéed in olive oil, garlic & anchovies then mixed in w/ penne pasta, which is an easy & delicious meal.
When I lived in Bangkok, our maid (I was 12) made long beans with minced pork and red curry paste. I thought she called it pad ped..but it was a very long time ago.
Thanks for sharing ms.pailin i should try to cook this seems good combination and tasty...and the presentation reflect to your personality your such a beautiful cook♡♡♡
I'm loving "ALL" your videos. I can just sit and watch you like a soap opera 😏(Lol). Could you please tell me where and how to get some of the kitchen tools you use with your recipes. Like in this video the little measuring tea cups. Thanks for the great recipes and videos.

+Hal Grotke you can make it by placing the eggs in high( or medium if you will) concentrated salt water. and then wait for a couple of days, and they are ready to serve ! oh and before you eat it, you gotta boil it first.

We sometimes don't have tua fakyao. So I use green beens. A tip is to split them in half and get thinner strips. But you don't have to ;)
I will make this recipe, I love green beans/ejotes en Spanish. Thanks Pai. 😘🌷🙏🏻
I thought it was frijoles verde? Or does it depend on the region of Mexico that person is from?
Very nice!
