I just ordered one of these. Will be here before the phone itself arrives. Doesn’t look like it has a very big lip for the screen. I always use a screen protector but still like some lip
I can vouch for this case. I have it on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and it feels so reassuring in the hand. Bit weighty but that's no bad thing. As you say I have for the first time ever on an iPhone added a screen protector, as the lip isn't very generous (less so with the screen protector). The camera protector was the key reason I went for this, you don't want to crack those protruding lenses if you drop the phone. Makes a neat little kick stand and of course keeps finger prints and dust off the camera so it's always ready to snap great pics. Port opening is also generous and fits the bigger USB-C plugs without a problem. Buttons are nice and clicky, love how comfortable this case feels in the hand even with the big phone. I don't have a magsafe charger so unable to verify that, but looks like it's strong enough from your video.

It was hard to tell in the video but does the camera door stick out past the side of the phone when its open or stay inside?

Will the magnet on this case stick to metal surface too or just other magsafe accessories?
Yes and no...
If the surface is flat, like a metal table surface, it will lightly hold.
Not a metal surface that's straight up and down, the phone is too heavy to stay in place.
Does the camera door still close if you have camera protectors on already?
