MAGNIFICENT! a question.... what happens if I use a Thermal Grizzly AM5 Frame and instead of thermal paste I use a Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Wärmeleitpad, would I have problems with an electrical short?, since this product is conductive because it is made of graphene, the opposite of the thermal paste. THANKS A LOT !!!!
So your vid teaches people to risk their basically unfixable CPU pins by not having the CPU installed already, and also shows you tightening the screws too much, which will cause memory channel issues. They barely need to be beyond hand tight, and this product does literally nothing except help with thermal paste cleanup, which multiple other products already exist for, that aren't conductive, won't cause memory issues, and even allow for application of liquid metal.

Nice video. I know the lga1700 needs this because it isn't perfectly square, but i didn't realize this would benefit the AM5 as well.
Doesn’t really benefit it, according to hardware canucks. Just to prevent any issues with thermal paste.

If you put the CPU in there before you remove the frame you will protect the pins.
