Evo battle ram will literally be viable in battle ram cycle because the evo is just so broken 💀

This is more overpowered than all the ridiculous concept videos I have watched of this card.

The video shows it being a good evolution but not busted. It takes 2 cycles and most of the time you should be able to use a log or ice spirit to stop charge
What deck is playing this besides pekka? Also pretty much every deck is running a building, or evo tesla, making this extremely easy to stop depending on matchup.
I’m convinced supercell is doing April fools; watch the video again and tell me boss doesn’t sound a bit fake pretending like it isn’t wholly overpowered 😂

this is just MehmetSK's evolved prince concept that charges through targets and bounces off things it can't kill in one hit.

I'm not that excited, besides, it will get at least one emergency nerf right away. After watching what it does, I really want it to be nerfed, just for the sake of the game. This thing could be a bigger nightmare than night witch on first release.

this is so overpowered I started crying watching the gameplay. EVO BARBS WTH? AND ADDED HEALTH? imo this would be hard enough to counter if it was just normal barbs. unless your deck has pekka, bowler or e wiz you’re cooked if you face this

Supercell, we didn't actually want Battle Ram to destroy troops it crashed through or drop evo barbs. Those were jokes.
it is pretty broken but a lot of people forget that you can just log or zap/stun it and it really wont do anything, log + knight would probably take care of it pretty well
however if you manage to bait out those cards with like a logbait deck or a combination with evo wallbreakers then it'd be pretty difficult to stop

Broken cards can be handled but annoying cards really destroy your mentality yk. Firecracker
All evo cards can be countered in some way except the most annoying one will always be firecracker, forcing you need to bring arrow in the deck

To be honest, I wish evos were reworked. Something like super Troops in COC, a more flashy troop or spell but balanced with some drawbacks, like being more expensive. Also I would like evolutions not needing cycling, to not benefit too much cheap decks.

The evo battle ram isn’t super broken, I’d say it’s like a ram rider where it almost always gets value while dealing damage to other troops, I feel like they should either remove the damage or push back though

battle ram bounce looks so goof. would be better if it just did the ram hit also making the ram head on the battle ram make sense.

i think a good nerf wwould be to delete the mulitple bounce ability. Prehaps it could get a small damage or health buff

Me, a long time Pekka bridgespam player rejoicing after my entire deck has been buffed in the past month (clash royale is actually just forcing me to buy the evos it’s all a trick)
this looks like an evolution you would see in one of the "evolution concept" shorts videos. Literally completely broken.
The evolutions mechanic shoulda gone to prince, let it dash till he thuds on a tank or merked enough swarm. I’ve been wanting this for ages.

Would cannoneer be the best tower troop against the battle ram?
Evolved zap, electro wizard, and Tesla should be pretty darn good against it.
Also, if it still has the same amount of health as a ram, (before it breaks and the barbs pop out) then fireball will still wreck it as well.
Obviously, the biggest problem will be after you break it, dealing with better barbs wrecking the tower.
I think evolved zap is going to be HUGE against it, it will basically stop it, almost completely for just two elixir.
I could see electro wizard becoming meta again as well. It should do very well against both the ram and the barbs if you place him right.

honestly I'm fine with the pushback and the killing goblins and stuff but the fact that it bounces off the tower and then can hit it again just seems like a little too much for me I get it it's an evolution but that seems like way too much and if they're going to Nerf it they either should remove that or limit how many times it can bounce off the tower

just imagine a evo battle ram monk push - it will be impossible to defend that push unless you use freeze + pekka
otherwise, you cant use most spells, area damage troops, high damage troops etc
also watch for the evo to be a diamond pass exclusive, so that us f2p players may be able to get it in 6 months when it is no longer op

To all those saying that bridge spam will be the best deck, I kind of disagree. Sure it will be great due to the addition of the recent evolutions but decks having evo bomber nado or marcher nado will rise up more as well.
Currently the pekka bridge spam used evo zap and archers. Evo zap was great due to being a mini freeze and the constant area denial while Evo archers provided an answer to almost every ranged card. I don't think evo battle ram would be able to replace either of those as of now, as the traditional counters like bomb tower (if you place something behind the ram to attack it while it is locked on bomb tower) and bowler work with almost same interactions.
It does provide a way to fight against swarms and small low hp buildings, but the interactions you saw here involved princess tower. Against cannoneer which is the better tower troop currently, your interactions run easier. Also we don't know much about Dagger Duchess and she may counter it better.
So with all that said, I think decks like gd bomber, marcher nado and Splashyard variations will see better success. Splashyard has graveyard and tombstone traditionally and some variations even involve evo skeles which all work wonders against Cannoneer (the better tower troop). Do not forget nado and Bowler and marcher and evo bomber which all see success in the various variations of Splashyard. But we can only predict the meta after understanding the core mechanics of Dagger Duchess.
And just to think the little prince use rates were gonna be toned down this meta. Dammit

They need to remove the troop pushback, with that it’s enough, with that a mini peka will fully counter
