I don't know what day I am on but this was the first time I felt the happiness and I actually started to cry and feel the most grateful and filled with happiness and love. I just meditated and then tried to feel what I did, when I manifested quickly in the past. I am very good with feeling my chakras. I realized what I did was bringing my energy up to the third eye and then just saw and knew it is so. This video confirmes that!
This is the first time i'm doing your meditation and i must say that it was really powerful because the light i saw was too bright where i wasn't even able to see it with my eyes closed. I still can't understand how it happened.

At the time of bringing the breaths up to my 3rd eye I felt my ears ringing. Towards the end of the meditation when we rubbed our palms together quickly my entire body was vibrating and I saw white,light in the center of my forehead and it was later a red/pink light. I will be practicing this manifestation for the next 21 days.
