I went to Michael’s over the weekend and my store didn’t have NEARLY as much autumn decor as yours!! I will have to go back in a few weeks 🥰 I am going to try and go through my current fall decor before I buy anything new… we will see if I manage to wait to buy anything 🤣🍁

I am so ready for fall decorating! I want to decorate with burnt orange and goals, but after seeing those greens and Michaels, I’m thinking I might want to add some of that in as well. I live in a rural area of South Dakota so I had to almost all my shopping online. I want to get one of those plates from Michael’s though that has the pheasant on it. it’s our state bird here in South Dakota. I definitely want to add some new items this year. Wow so many gorgeous fall decor items! I especially likes those cute picks to put in the flower pots. That emerald green sure is a show stopper also. I will incorporate what I currently have with what I purchased yesterday! After seeing your video I looked at Michael’s website and saw the beautiful brown and green pitcher and vase. Hello my sweet Canadian Bestie🤗 I hope all is well with you. I can hear in your voice how excited you are for the fall and it is so darling. 💟 I on the hand, do Love fall but I am just not ready. With being in doors working all the time, I feel I haven't taken advantage enough of all the fun events going on around me. Everything really comes alive in the summer. I am sure I will be the only grinch who is just not ready yet.🤨 😂 I only start my vacation this Thursday and I am counting down the days.
(Heading out not far from you to Georgian bay). I really loved a lot of the fall items. I don't want to buy too much new but I really loved the cushions and the dishes and the florals were so wonderful. I haven't been to Michael's at all since I think the Spring time so I appreciated so much you doing this tour to show us what they have in stock. I will use green for sure because I have many accessories that I had for summer that will work for fall but I am also loving the deeper muted colors like burgundy, deep mauve, and burnt deep brown slightly orange color.
It is always such a joy to visit with you. I can't wait to see what you will be up to next.

It was so fun going shopping with you! That was actually a pheasant on those plates, not a turkey. When I was a teenager, my dad had a taxidermy pheasant that he shot and it sat on the hearth of our fireplace for years that I had to stare at, lol! I really loved that pumpkin slice candle and the pumpkin and acorn lights. Definitely gonna have to get those! Not into the mushroom stuff at all. Those look very 70s-ish to me so they might appeal to people that grew up in the 70s for nostalgia reasons. Anyway, hope you have a great week!

I would buy the tablecloth and make pillow covers for pillows I already have. I have some bronze candleholders like those Gold ones that I bought at Big Lots 30 years ago and I use them in different spots every year.

I cannot get over how much stock your Michael's has! I also live in Canada, but my local Michael's store does not get very much stock in. Definitely no where close to what you store has! I sure wish we did. So much selection to choose from would be nice. I feel like our selection to choose from is so limited. Some of the items are available to order online, but I really am the type of person that likes to see an item in person before I buy it.

I'm impressed with their Fall items! I really like the wreath & the framed pheasant. The vase & pitcher are wonderful too. I bought a new little turkey at Home Goods to display. I've got a lot of Fall decor already. That tablecloth is great! Liz Marie Galvan uses a lot of tablecloths for window treatments. That would be cute to use. I like those gold and green beads and the canvas picture to the left of them. So pretty!

I found a beautiful fall pitcher at GoodWill for $ 3.99 and I use it next to my stove for my wooden utensils. I'm a election worker and we have a election in Aug. and the big election in Nov. So I will decorate for fall at the end of Aug. I use the traditional fall colors, orange & burgundy, & red. We have 80 acres in WI, and have a lot of woods so we have a pretty fall.

@rebekahfraserhomedecor1 me neither. Hobby lobby and dollar tree have new stuff that are absolutely gorgeous so I had to. I even found some nice canvas pictures at hobby lobby on clearance that are perfect for fall so I had to 🤦♀️🤣
