Hi sir, I had done yoga since 6 months. I reduced my weight 5 kg. Now i have knee pain and elbow pain. So i have stopped now. But i need reduce my belly. I am 48 yes old. So please give some suggestion to continue yoga without strain at knee for reduce belly fat yoga.
It would be nice if you use a Mike. Cannot follow instructions, so gets difficult to practice. Have to constantly see phone screen while practicing. Very nice workout though.

Hey this is satyam here i am a yoga teacher .. start with both flexibility is important but dont forget about core . You can start with few exercises for core like crunches ,leg raises etc in start dynamics then go for static hold 5-10 sec hold . Gradually increase the time and reps .
