The best memory of my life was all about that music.
I was with her, in a small flat, very small, but so cozy, I felt like I was on a cocoon.
And, late at night, we were listening to this music.
The only light we had was a small blue candle, a pale, blue and melancholic light.
We were on the bed, a little drunk, and we were singing this music while it was playing on her phone.
I will always remember her smile, her beautiful and cute smile.
Her head was on my torso.
And I was there, kissing her on the forehead, thinking of how lucky I was.
In the end, after 2 years, both of us decided to stop the relationship because we didn’t loved each other anymore.
When I listen to this music, I don’t feel sad at all, I am just nostalgic, remembering of how good was this moment, and of how much I loved her.
It’s the most beautiful sensation for me

Ce matin une femme chantait cette chanson dans le métro, un joli moment avant la rude journée d'examens qui m'attendait, je voulais lui donner une pièce et je ne sais pas pourquoi, j'ai été bête je ne l'ai pas fait. I took a humanities class in college and we studied Native American, and we learned about this native tribe that believed in Buffalo people. I’m also Native American but from a different tribe and background from what I studied in that class. But this song always reminded me of learning about the Buffalo people, and reminded me of my own roots, be proud of your name and where you came from! It’s a great song!

Late one night drinking and smoking I was chilling with a crowd of people on the lawn at a hostel called the lord's lodge in Melbourne Australia.then this couple who stayed nextdoor came over with a guitar and harmonica ....they where in a coverband and played this song for us all and man it was beautiful.
