How did you tune your bass..I mean you took the e string to f#..similarly a to b ...d to e and.g to a ...I mean tighten the last four strings n keep b the same
It does, ideally you should adjust your neck and bridge for every different tuning. That's why people usually have more than one bass with different tunings adjusted for that specific tuning. But if you are just messing around at home don't overthink it, just tune your bass and that's it, your octaves at 12 fret might be a little out of tune tho
Originally it's played on 4 strings 😉 The 1 string is not used in this song, so just tune it without the 1st one and play as in video with your 4 string 😊

dude i spent $250 plus tax on a Ibanez GSR205 Sound gear 5 string and it sounds beautiful. It sounds simular to the Ibanez SR 505. It has two pick ups with a volume control for each one,tone and a extra bass boost control. It's awesome. Best one of the best 5 string under $400-500 imo. Gonna practice with it rn.

Hey, no they are more tense, you go 1 tone up from standart and leave 5 string at B. Originally this was played with 4 strings tho
