This world has gotten so "self-centered" that we've forgotten about love and compassion and empathy. Instead of possibly saving a life, they would rather turn the focus on themselves in order to get views.
God said this would happen, and it has infested the world. We are meant to love our neighbors, to help those in need, not pull out the phone and start recording hoping for the worst scenario in order to get the "best" video!

Seeing that young man heroically jump out of his vehicle to help the other man in need truly brought tears to my eyes! It's very evident to see that this young man has a beautiful heart, and I personally will forever appreciate what he done for a perfect stranger in the middle of a busy highway!

But , regardless of whether or not he was or wasn't supposed to be driving , doesn't change the fact that he STILL stepped in to help save a man suffering from an obvious medical emergency without hesitation!

This happened to me once. A car was going through an intersection super slow almost stopping. I got along side the car and there was a women driver and a small boy about 10 yrs old in the passenger seat crying and was scared. Driver was staring straight ahead in a daze. She had enough wits to pull in a parking lot where I blocked her off and was able to get her car in park. I called 911 and the boys father and waited till they showed up. Was super scary but everything turned out ok. we gotta look out for each other as a people. we're all one yall.

Take it from a person who have seizures. We all are greatful for those who help us. Thank you kind sir for jumping in to help us.

Nobody knows they are having a seizure (if someone tells you they are having a sz, they are "fos")... He may have felt it coming on (an "aura," seizure patients have reported to have felt) and was able to get his foot on the brakes before the sz activity began, and if that was the case, many kudos to the driver for recognizing that and taking whatever actin he could, but... Once sz activity starts, the patient has no cognitive function... And, before anyone asks, yes, I have significant medical experience... 31 years as a paramedic... Dealt with countless sz's in that time...
@jasonharding5328 my mom has absence seizures. She can still respond to you during them and sometimes walks around. But it isn't like normal. She has a variation of different kinds of seizures. But that is the only one that there is still "function" during it. And her absence seizures were her first kinds. Docs think her "autopilot" driving was absence seizures. She can't drive anymore due to her epilepsy.

Yes. We don't know if the driver having the seizure is on the brakes or actually in park or put the car in neutral. The first person runs out in FRONT of the vehicle. The second person looks like he's headed the same route 😮! Hopefully, the guy with the seizure felt that coming on and was able to get the car to cease.

@@g_unit6773he likely will lose it until he is seizure free for.xx amount of.time.. I'm not sure if that's everywhere though. Happens with diabetes and bother disorders too.
@@g_unit6773 He will probably get his license revoked for a year and as long as he doesn’t have a seizure within that year, he can get his license back. That’s how a lot of states do it.

This happened to me once. Someone called the ambulance for me. About 5 years later I paid it forward and helped someone else.
if it was in the United States, i think i'd rather die than have someone call an ambulance for me. the amount of debt i'd be in would be financially crippling. if you're somewhat medically trained, it'd be better to take care of the person yourself than calling an ambulance. you'd be doing them a favor.

Definition of a Hero. Hes on the Freeway and he jumped out not caring for his safety.
Thank you for helping that man. My step-father's nephew died instantly when he had a seizure, and his work truck crashed through a guardrail, plunging 50 or more feet down into the woods below. He had a passenger with him who also died instantly.
You most likely saved multiple lives that day.

@@marycook1644 Thanks. It happened about 12 years ago. It was a big thing I my little town. At the time, I felt deeply hurt because I had warned him and his wife that he shouldn't be driving, and they ignored my warning. It was one of those things where you think to yourself, "Could I have done something else?" It was the second time I knew of people dying from a seizing driver. The first time it could have been me. I was heading to a bus stop in front of my dentist office. If I had not stopped to talk to the receptionist, I would have most likely died with the two other people who had been hit by a man who was having a seizure.
Seeing this story made me emotional and appreciative of this man because I've known and seen what can happen and how many people it can affect.
