Does doing a juice cleanse, “bring things up?” (Like spiritually and emotionally) I never thought about it that way, I thought it would just detox/cleanse physically. (Although, I do realize detoxing would have spiritual benefits) Or, were you referring to another kind of cleanse? I have never been ambitious enough to do a multi-day cleanse, so I really don’t know what happens. Sorry, I know this is 6 months old, but I was very intrigued by your comment. :)
